Unbelievable never saw such a unprofessional unorganized office so I scheduled a appointment online got 3 confirmations then I myself called in a day before to make sure they except my insurance they said yes and my appointment is confirmed the next I ran out work a hour early traveld an hour when I arrive i been said they don't see any appointments showed them all my emails they said they can't find btw I heard in the background from the receptionist that the doctor needs to go home early anyhow at that moment a other patient came in and they said you are 5 minutes late to your appointment and you missed your appointment so I had no Choice and scheduled for a week later at the same time. Goes by 2 hours and I get a phone call sorry u will need to come 2 hours earlier so I said its impossible for me to come so early i said please cancel now 5 days later they call me again to confirm my appointment i would never ever trust such a facility with medical issue

Staff is excellent. Thanks to the front desk staff they are kind and considerate. Nurses also very nice and helpful. Thank you Doctor Borukhow and Doctor Shusterman they are excellent.

Would not visit again.

First, I never actually saw Dr. Shusterman - I instead met with a physicians assistant.

After my visit, my pharmacy informed me that there was an interaction with the drug that was recommended. It took over one week for them to get in touch with the doctor, at which point my infection had already cleared. So I called the doctor to see whether I should still take the antibiotic, or whether I need to be re-evaluated. Left a message with reception and never got a response.

I ended up taking the antibiotics, but a few weeks later the infection came back. Turns out they gave me too short of a prescription by mistake. So now, it's a month later, and I have to take a second full course of antibiotics.

Dr Schusterman is the best urologist. He treat my whole family. His bedside manners are top notch. I highly recommend him.

His medical staff are friendly and efficient; office is always clean and stocked with tea/coffee and snack.

My friend went for an appointment and it was over 500 out of pocket. One of the first signs of heart disease is ED. They did not check his vitals which I was floored when I found out. Trying to sell a 3000 procedure for ED without trying to figure out underlying cause. I am appalled!

I was referred to Dr Shusterman by another patient of his. Found it easy to make an appointment, he accepted my medical insurance, and he patiently answered all my questions. I went to him for ED. I feel more confident today than I was a month ago before seeing the doctor and I look forward to my ailments continuing to improve.

Highly Recommend. Convenient location to get to, doctors there were professional, and was able take care of my multiple medical concerns at the same time. I've been able to call in with any questions and receive quick responses.

I rated Dr. Shusterman a 4 because my overall experience was great. He cut straight to the point and made sure we left with all the tested needed to move forward in the right direction.

Dr. Shusterman was a life saver! Well a marriage saver lol. Office was clean; staff was courteous and the wait was not more than 5-10 mins. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough and his professional diagnosis and treatment were spot on. He is up to date on all the latest innovations in his field as well as the more traditional methods. Without getting into specifics about my procedure, I've seen him 3 times all for different matters and each time was accurate and the consistent excellent service. I recommended him to two of my friends who were also equally satisfied! Highly recommend!

Dr. Never showed up for appointment. Testing done without full explanation. No follow up even after I took additional Tests. Felt like it was a billing factory

My husband was a couple of times. He had an appointment with the doctor Shusterman, but each time he was received not by a doctor, by his assistants. They are all good. The attitude is very good, but we make a appointment to the doctor. Why I put 2 stars? Because of a girl who works as an administrator. She’s rough! It was feeling like it’s her hospital! We tried to make an appointment with a doctor for 2 months, she said that everything is busy until March 12, but when I went to the site, I saw that there are so many free days! And much easier. She just doesn’t do her job

Highly Recommend. Like that I can come by his office and see multiple doctors for any of my issues all on the same day. Big time saver. Front desk staff was very cordial. Dr Shusterman knows his stuff. Gave me full attention and time while I was there and has been available to take my calls with any questions I've had since.
