Wow! The staff was absolutely fantastic today! We had smiles (through masks) and laughs the whole time we were here! I brought two of my bridesmaids shopping and we all had a really great time and a great experience. Kaylee helped with the dresses and was very present during our fitting! It was nice to have her there. While checking out, Tonie was so helpful and kind. We had several other staff members we interacted with during this appointment and they all made us feel welcomed and excited. The dresses were beautiful and we were so happy with the fit, price, and selection! Thanks David’s Bridal for such a good morning!

No returns even if you already paid for it and are picking it up. That's right. Pre-order and pay, go to pick up, tell them your sister cancelled the wedding, and you can't take the dress, and they will not give you your money back. I hadn't even touched the dress yet.
If this happens to you, you may not be able to get the deal I got which is, the clerk wrote on my receipt that I have store credit for only that store and I can't get a gift card and it expires in a year.

My son's bride chose bridesmaid dresses from here, so my daughter and I went here to select her dress.

Because she lives in Boston and the wedding is in Connecticut, we bought the dress in Albany. It's complicated.

This was early May. Many brides, bridesmaids as well as prom goers were shopping. We were assigned to a consultant relatively quickly. She made things easy and painless.

We chose a dress and ordered it. Very painless.

The manager Ashley took on the challenge of helping replace a bridesmaids dress for my girlfriend and was absolutely fantastic. If you ever need help she's the one to go to!

I’ve had to go through David’s several times for bridesmaid dresses and never had a good experience. They have a good selection of dresses for decent prices compared to specialty shops but the quality isn’t great and the staff is never good. The staff has either been rushed and not very helpful or just neglectful and rude all together in any of my Experiences. Given these experiences I would not feel confident and comfortable ever going here for a wedding dress.

Maia was great and so helpful in picking out bridesmaid dresses! We were in and out with dresses purchased in a hour!

Kay and Haley were amazing. Very thoughtful, patient, considerate and kind. Offered great suggestions and very professional. Helped out my grandmother and mom as well with their evening dresses. Very helpful in explaining options for entire bridal party as well. Would definitely reccomend them and give them a raise!

This was my 4th visit to them and I finally got the dress of my dreams! Yvonne is such a good co nsuktant and doesn't tell.me anything I don't need to hear. They were so patient with me in figuring out the dress I was looking for.

At first I was put off with our first consultant, I believe she was named Yvonne, but I had an appointment set up and she a was not attentive at all, I asked for another consultant and it was night and day! Ashley was amazing and helped saved the sale as I was about to walk out. She was so helpful and she was amazing! We all love Ashley!
