David's Bridal, Middletown NY

I walked in the building to register so I can start looking for dresses and I was told that I can start looking in the front and I felt like I was brushed away. Terrible location. Mind u. I use to work in the old location years ago and the staff Year’s ago would never allow a new bride to feel less then.

Beautiful store, very clean and organized! The staff at this location was excellent. Everyone was so incredibly understanding, and attentive. Would definitely recommend this location and store to anyone! I will be coming back in again when I need another dress!

Jackie helped me find a dress for myself and my mother last night she was great. We came in looking for one thing and got something completely different my mother looked beautiful I'm so happy. I also got a dress it looks great too. Thank you.

Jeanine is the cats meow! She knew exactly what would look great on me and handled our entire experience from start to finish with such professionalism and made it fun instead of stressful. She is the absolute best!

Violine is amazing! She took so much time during my alterations to make everything absolutely perfect! When I picked up my dress she even altered the neck piece because she noticed it was digging in my neck and I didn’t even know they could do that to a dress! I recommend her 100% if you want your dress to look absolutely perfect! 5 stars! Thanks Violine!

I came into the store on Tuesday looking for a dress for a gala and a wedding I am attending in September. I was helped my Janine and Lauren both ladies were amazing they found dresses that flattered me and masked all my concerns. I left feeling so happy I will be back to shop for future events.

Lauren was such a pleasure to work with! She was professional yet has a great sense of humor. She really put me at ease. Her suggestions were great. The rest of the staff were unbelievably kind and very nice to me. Even when I left with one of my favorite dresses and then returned 15 minutes later to switch to the other one, everyone was very accommodating. I went in today to order my daughter’s flower girl dress, I was a little apprehensive as I’ve had horrible experience at another location. However I must say that these ladies are outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. The young lady who helped us, Vinneice, was great! I will most definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much ladies!

Spent some time at Middletown NY store today. I am a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. Lauren was working with our wedding party. She was most helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. They really took their time with me a few months ago when I was there for picking my dress and really took their time during my alterations appointment. When I was doing my fitting, they were really patient and listened to everything I imagined my dress would be with no pressures to get something additional. They also had me laughing so much at made me feel at ease! Can't wait for the next appointment in October!

Love, love, love my wedding dress i just got on Friday. Jacquelyn was amazing, she listened to what i wanted and helped me find the most beautiful dress! Awful service. Ordered all the wrong sizes. Had to make multiple trips to the store for their mistakes. Don’t recommend. Have no idea what they are talking about.
