My husband and I decided to use our insurance and go to Visionworks center for our new glasses. I called first since we did not have an appt and spoke with Nicole who was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions swiftly and with patience. Since we didnt have an appt she suggested we come early. So we did. Our great experience continued and we got to meet Nicole in person, just as lovely and efficient. Next it was time to pick out frames. Great selection of stylish and affordable options for both me and him. While i was browsing Eileen offered to clean my lenses, such wonderful service! Greeted next by Tiffany for prescreening, more exceptional customer service. Then Dr Thomas took me for my exam. I have a tough prescription and she was incredibly thorough. My husband at this point was working with Jeff, who was able to explain the insurance to me and help us determine the best way to maximize our spend. As he was working with us many people greeted him, that is an example of incredible customer service. I can SEE clearly why this place is so busy! What a pleasurable morning shopping for glasses!
