James took his time. He was very detailed and had a great personality! He was wonderful! He was very helpful!

James is fantastic. Very courteous and super informative. He truly took his time with my visit and highlighted the changes with my vision and the necessary steps I need to take. I left the office feeling more educated.

I do not recommend this place. Idk if it was just the day but the wait time was really too much. While I was waiting 2 people came in behind me and they had to wait even longer. I also my appointment got rescheduled few day before without confirmation if i could do the later time. Also no one reached out to tell me my glasses were ready. I called and was told it got delayed. I waited for weeks just to call back and get told they have been here ready… Overall, staff said thank you for your patience after my visit but sometimes actions speak louder then words. I also overheard the docter that saw me wasn’t feeling well. If you have to do exams on people and you aren’t feeling your best I understand it’s your job to see people but also… you shouldn’t see patients while sick or not 100%. Hope he is feeling better. Too many conflicting things going on at this location.

Terrific experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Milia was amazing and very personable. Took her time and gave a thorough exam. Jeffrey was helpful and patient helping me find the perfect frames. Yes I would recommend Davis Visionworks.

Personnel are pleasant, friendly, and professional. We were greeted by James as soon as we walked in. No wait. Store is very clean; frames are well displayed. Great experience all around!

Omg horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE.there are plenty other places to choose from.same question asked to 4 reps, different answers from all 4 and even different answer from manager.these ppl are so lost.please trust me on this one

Overall Davis Visionworks was good. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. My old eyeglass frame is better than what they had available, but what I selected was ok. Prices were a guessing game that fluctated with each keystroke on their ipad. Jeffery said it was all controlled by a computer.

Bruce is such a great guy he helped us out so much and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed! Great service and great staff!
