I love my Optometrist office. I always feel like family when I go to Davison Road Optical. The quality of care at this office is amazing. From reception to the technicians to the doctor, they treat you like you are the most important patient they have, and they give this quality of care to everyone who walks in the door. When friends and family ask me if I know of a good eye doctor they could go see, well, that's an easy one for me - Dr. Snyder at Davison Road Optical. They are wonderful!

Dr Snyder, is very kind. They have the latest equipment and the whole staff is friendly. I am thankful that we have him to service our community.

I had an issue with my eyes and contacted my eye doctor. They got me in the same day. VERY thorough exam and tests were done. Thank God it wasn’t anything too bad. Very pleased with the outcome and concern!

Dr Snyder and staff are alway quick to help and very friendly and supportive. Beautiful glasses as well. Eric is the greatest when we get glasses so patient and perfect suggestions!

Dr. Duane, Sean & Eric were a pleasure to work with today! This is honestly the most excited I am about getting my new frames! Kudos to Sean for being so helpful and patient while I looked through at least 25 frames with him. He nailed the frame he showed me, I would never have chosen that frame without his help. I have been going there for about 10 years. Every appointment is always the same. Friendly and knowledgeable. You don't sit in the waiting room for an hour waiting either. 3 thumbs up.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor are so unbelievably nice.
They are professional and thorough.

The most comprehensive eye care I have ever experienced. Dr Snyder is the most thorough eye care provider I have ever had. The staff is a joy to deal with. They have always gone above and beyond. Five stars for this great organization!

What a GREAT office! Everyone is so helpful and I am so impressed by the doctors. Very thorough eye exam always and they take the time to explain everything.

I was very pleased with the attention I got and the professionalism. There was a great selection of glasses and I picked out the ones i wanted right off. That has never happened before! It usually takes me forever to decide. Everyone was very courteous and I enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you! Can't wait for my new specs to arrive!

If I could I would give 0 stars. So I guess I had an appointment today. But several days ago a text message came to my phone and some how the appointment was confirmed. (I believe one of my grandchildren did it while playing a game on my phone) anyways. So needless to say I received a phone call from I believe the receptionist and she left a voicemail message on my phone. I was at work when this happened. So when I had a chance I listened to the message. The message said that I was a "no show" for my appointment and I needed to call and reschedule and also I was going to be charged a $50.00 "no show" fee that I signed a form stating I would pay if I were to ever be a "no show". I immediately called the office and asked for them to waiver the "no show" fee. And I would like to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist said that, do to the fact I signed this form they will not waiver the $50.00 fee. I explained I have been a long time customer there and many of my family members go there. I also told her I spent nearly $400.00 for glasses last year and in addition to that cost I spent several hundred on contacts. My husband last year spent over $900 on glasses and over $700 for glasses this year. I asked once again for her to waiver this $50.00 "no show" fee and she said she would call the owner Genevieve and she would call me right back. She did reply back quickly to my surprise. However she said that Genevieve said NO to waiving the fee.
Bottom line is they had a choice to keep a customer and satisfying them or NOT keeping a customer and risking to lose them and along with other family members. All over $50.00. Which is a considerable loss to them. Again, all over $50.00. I'm just expressing great disappointment. Also please note my husband has been waiting 4 weeks still for his glasses and still not ready.
