Mr Henry is a good person but he needs to take action against one of his housing specialist who use that office, to put it lightly; for selfish gains. Mr Henry, this is just the first step to get your attention publicly. If you doesn't contact me and resolve the issue I brought to your attention over a year ago and as resent as two weeks ago I will divulge details of the what is going on there to the public. I came to your office several times and you refuse to correct the issue.

***Worst experience for a military and family. Call customer service and they can not fix to give us another room after discovery all rooms are full and can't refund right away without warning us. Recommendation: never RSVP without take a look or talk to front desk. ***

They have permanent tenants loitering everywhere during Covid-19. And the hallways smells like a sewer! They could at least warn people Before they book a room for the night or weekend!

Unfair organization I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my enemy. Absolutely the worst place to spend your money. I don't normally regret the anything but I regret ever spending my money here. Thieves

Very nice and clean and the personnel was very friendly. The shuttle.was on time and they were friendly.

Terrible, loud location. Across the street from a bus station and train station. Down the block from a boarded up project. On a busy street, police sirens all night. Rude, unwelcoming staff. The receptionist stared at as we pulled our luggage down the stairs off the street into the lobby, without so much as a hello. The only thing this rude girl could manage to was “ID” and our room number. The next morning while we waited in the lobby for our Urber, the guy behind the desk was the same way. He stared at us with out saying a word. The hotel was dingy and strongly smelled of pot the entire visit. There are large stains on the hall carpets and walls. Our room was tiny and had been heavily smoked it. It was musty and also stained. There were loud parties all night in other rooms. We were only here for 14 hours between flights or we would have gone somewhere else. This place is a blight on the Days Inn brand. Spend more money and stay somewhere else.

Price is high for this hotel site, however, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, they had a good breakfast menu and shuttle to/from the airport all for free. The location is not good. They have free wifii. There lobby is not really a mlm lobby, it has one sofa that seats 3 people, that's it. The room was also small, yet pretty clean.

Well located near the JFK airport. Perfect option for a few nights, shuttle service to and from the airport for free. Breakfast: Surprisingly delicious! Very good.

This place was adequate. Breakfast was worthless but the rooms were clean. No issues otherwise.

Average airport hotel. You pay a premium for the location and shuttle services, but can't complain since we needed and used them. The breakfast was already running out before 6 am and one of the least appetizing I've come across. My standards for continental breakfasts are not high. Bed was comfy and clean. We'd likely stay again if we had to.

I enjoy my stay at the Days Inn everybody in there was friendly housekeepers manager I will recommend a lot of people to go there and stay they are friendly and good hot breakfast in the morning

Very clean room with crispy clean towels. Friendly and very helpful front desk and housekeeping people. Breakfast is good and enough to feed you in the late morning.

Staff were very friendly. I requested a late check out and the staff were very friendly and allowed me to check out 2 hours later.

The accomodations are clean, affordable and close to the airport. A good value. The staff at as excellent! They made an adequate facility into a very enjoyable experience. Friendly, polite and very helpful!

I liked this hotel, for a one night stay it isn't bad. It was tucked in the back and the outside isn't something to brag about, however the staff was friendly and rooms where clean and let's say cozy. It was a smaller room but unless your throwing a party what's the need. A clean bed, nice staff and breakfast. I've stayed in higher rated hotels that where less impressive.

It doesn't have the view you'd expect but and it's kinda isolated but if you just going to sleep it works

We stayed here for a layover at JFK. The hotel is located within a few minutes of the airport and was around a $20 cab ride. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are modern and clean with a comfortable bed. I would give the hotel a 4 star rating however the area surrounding the hotel is a bit dismal. The clerk provided a menu to local pizza delivery place. We ordered the pizza which was very good. Overall.a decent hotel for a quick layover

Clean and comfortable room, not such a lovely area. Breakfast was small but to the point and good.
