Listen to the reviews down below DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS A SCAM. My boyfriend booked our room through the booking app under his nickname. He went inside to check in and immediately felt animosity from the front desk personnel lady. They refused to give us a room because his state ID did not match the name on the reservation - understandable. He changes the name through the app he used to book our room (as instructed by the manager) and his associate (the lady with a distasteful attitude) would not provide us with a room. We provided a confirmation email, his ID, the confirmation on booking (with the name change), and the physical card he used to book the room and she still refused. Everything we provided was sufficient to confirm that it was in fact our reservation! Honestly, I'm sure they have a phone number with the reservation as well which she could've called to verify. So clearly, we can conclude that it had nothing to do with the name on the reservation. She did not care that we drove 5 hours from home and now have no place to stay and refused to give us a refund. All they care about is monetary gain and that is no way to conduct a business. Luckily, we found a hotel (the Marriott- A LOT BETTER) that was willing to accommodate us. That's how you conduct a business take notes and do better Days Inn. You will reap what you've sown and from the look of your dingy hotels, the apathetic employees, and the reviews- you already are.

Decent amenities did not know there was breakfast and bed was the worst bed in any hotel I have stayed. At least the room did not stink.

Very spacious room, there's no microwave but there's a fridge. A few dings here and there, but customer service needed that friendly welcoming feel but over all I'll be back if anything

I was staying one night with my significant other when we realized the lock of the window was broken. We called the front desk to speak with Sarah and told us that she cannot do anything so we proceed to ask her if we can change rooms and she was not willing to resolve this matter. It was not until my significant other had to go to the front desk and ask Sarah to speak to management she was finally willing to help us. The manager was nice and accommodating. Day inn needs a better receptionist to assist with issues any person checking in will encounter. Always check the windows who knows if they are going to fix it.

If you want to be treated like trash, definitely stay here!

My mom was staying here. A hotel staff member knocked on her door and asked her if she would like to check out or stay another night. My mom told this staff member that she would like to extend her stay. Then she gets a phone call, and they asked her if she wants to extend. She said yes again. A little while after that, the hotel staff suddenly shows up at her door with a cop, trying to intimidate her and demanding she leaves the room immediately. My mother and the police officer both went down to the front desk to sort the matter out, but instead of a civil and reasonable solution being found to the problem, my mother was instead berated and laughed at for not knowing English well. The lady at the desk was rude and bigoted. My mother was a paying costumer and was treated so poorly just because of a small misunderstanding where she was apparently supposed to go down to the desk even though she had already been told twice that she was okay to extend her stay. Even the police officer was confused at the situation, and felt the hotel was in the wrong.

We have been returning customers to this location for many years now, but after this we will never be returning to or recommending any Days Inn location ever again.

Here is what I like about this hotel, of which I have stayed probably close to a dozen and a half times in the last year and a half to two years.
1) Cleanliness: The rooms are clean. Linens are clean and smell fresh every time I walk into a room. Floors are vacuumed and everything seems to be in good working order.
2) Quick Access to Parking Lot: You can drive right up to your room. There is even room for you to sit out front of your room on a sidewalk and smoke a cigar while you relax with a cocktail.
3) Friendly Staff: Pleasant, polite and attentive. If you have a problem, just call the front desk. They usually respond immediately and will come to the room to resolve an issue withing 10 minutes.
4) Comfy Accommodations: Most of the beds I've slept on have been both supportive and yet soft. The sheets are comfortable, clean and sturdy - no visible damage like rips, tears, cigarette burns, etc. Thick walls make it for very quiet rooms. Very relaxing.
5) Fast, efficient check-in/check-out services.
6) Relatively Affordable: Usually these are the best valued rooms in the area. There are cheaper hotels nearby, but be warned - you get what you pay for.

Here is what I don't like:
1) Tiny Bathrooms: Itty-bitty toilets, small showers, finicky shower knobs. The shower temperature is either freezing cold, of scalding hot. It takes some time to find the 'sweet spot' for proper shower temperature. The sinks are not even in the bathrooms. Furthermore, some sinks leak, which means you hear running water all night long.
2) Outdated Decor: Kind of bland, tacky, outdated room decor.
3) TV's are hit or miss: Half the TV's don't really work all that well or have spots and lines. Some TV's don't really function at all. I would say (based on the number of times I've stayed here) 3 in 10 TV's have issues.
4) Ice Machine/Concessions: Usually broken or 'In need of Maintenance'. Buy a bag of Ice at 7/11 just down the block.
5) Continental Breakfast: Don't bother. Waste of time. Go across the street to Dugan's or next door to the Diner.

Bare bones place to stay. Clean and quite with necessities. The main lobby has cookies, water, and seating areas for guests. They also have microwaves to use if needed. The rooms are equipped with the basics, toiletries, towels, empty mini fridge, etc.
Great location, across the street from good food locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Right off the highway as well and they have parking for vehicles, you just let them know when checking in

A lot of reviews are complaining and you need to understand that for about 80 bucks a night, you shouldn’t be expecting the Ritz. The rooms are clean upon arrival, did a check of the room before setting anything down (as I usually do) and there was no dirt or bugs. The female at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The area is located across from a strip mall containing a starbucks and various food options!

Overall, you get what you pay for.

Keycard kept breaking. Nearly every single day. Place was kind of crusty. Just really old. Staff was nice though and the beds were decently comfortable.

Didn’t expect too much but price was quite high for how we were treated! Checking in was a hassle as the receptionist was very rude, constantly screaming at the other receptionist who was much, much nicer. Too much attitude for no reason. Breakfast was OK, rooms were also OK but if you can then definitely do look into finding an alternative place to stay.

Went for breakfast early the first morning. Found 5 Cocoa Puff bars, coffee, juice. Not much of a breakfast offering—even for an “item. ” The chairs weren’t even taken down from the tables! We did our own thing the rest of the week, but tried again on our last morning. This time there was just coffee and juice—not even 1 bar! The chairs were still on top of the tables. When this was the Executive Inn, they had a decent breakfast offering. With Covid under relative control, there’s really no excuse for such a paltry offering! The next issue was the heating system. Every time it went on it made a loud thunk-clunk sound. Since there was no weatherstripping on the door (you could see daylight all around it), this went on and off all night long. Not very conducive to sleep! Adding insult to injury was the cockroach that scurried across the vanity as I was brushing my teeth. Since it was the only one I saw all week, I’ll assume it came in from outside, but it still shows a need for better pest control. (I’ve never seen one at a Wyndham resort.) On a positive note, the housekeeper was doing her job, as the room was clean when we checked in.

An average motel, nothing special, the best thing about it is the Diner next door for a good breakfast. Overall the room is clean and satisfactory condition. Okay price considering the neighborhood high end real estate.

Breakfast it is ok but it could be better, the hotel is located right next to a restaurant, the rooms are very clean.
Update 11/27/22
Mason always makes us wait at the front desk bc he never finds our reservation. Every Sunday, we have to wait between 25 and 40 minutes because they said there is no reservation made under our name. Today, we faced the same problem, after 30 minutes waiting to get our room. The lady finally calls her manager and finally finds our reservation. She then blames the other front desk employee, Mason, who was already gone at that time for not telling her about our reservation.

The customer service today was terrible, The lady in front dest was rude a couple times, she took the business cards away from the desk, when I was trying to get a second one to write my confirmation #, she said that I already used one, and she follows to said and I cuota" those are spencer. " and she took the business car away.

Place is awful. Anyone who rates it high has low standards. Stuff absolutely clueless and rude. Go stay at a real hotel

This establishment is situated in a very convenient area, although it resembles a motel. Management is unprofessional and subpar. We were charged $50.00 USD to check in 40 minutes early when the room was already available. The rooms were overall clean, but carpets were dirty and the sink is next to the bed. Would not return to this motel.

Worst travel experience I have ever had. I paid for 4 nights at this hotel. Due to unforeseen travel circumstances, I arrived a day late. I didn't ask for any type of refund, just to be accommodated for the remaining nights I had already paid for. They told me that because I'd gotten there late, they'd cancelled the entire stay I'd paid for and would not refund me. I asked if they could at least let me stay for the amount of time I'd already paid them for, even if it was in a smaller room or at a different Days Inn in the area. They told me they could get me a room if I paid them a second time. They effectively stole my money and gave me nothing in return.
