De La Mer Salon and Spa, Bellmore NY

Went in today to purchase Nutrafol Vitamins after my Dr recommended them, and was delighted that a salon locally was carrying the line. Natalie at the front desk was very sweet. When I called to confirm if the product was available she had put one on hold for me to pick up.much appreciated. Natalie went over every detail of the product, and how often I should use it. Very informative. I will be returning to purchase more when it's time for a new bottle. Thank you again.

Don’t waste your time here. They feel no loyalty to long term customers, and just because you give them thousands of dollars a year doesn’t mean they will treat you well.

I stopped coming here at a time when I was actually booked out for over six months. I had an appointment and they either booked it on the wrong date or moved it, regardless when I never got a confirmation text and called them to see what was up, they booked me on a Thursday instead of a Wednesday (I took off from work for my appts so I couldn’t do a different day), thus I asked to cancel. Whoever I spoke to, failed to cancel my appt. Thus when I didn’t show up to an appt that I called and canceled. Without contacting me DLM canceled ALL my future appts because I was a “no show”.

It was SO Wild that they made mistakes (booked the wrong day and then failed to cancel), and then they entirely blamed me, and penalized me for it.

There are so many cheaper places to get your hair done where you WON’T leave the salon with stains alllllll over your ears and neck. You don’t deserve to walk out looking stained they way DLM sends people out. Genuinely, look elsewhere, unless you like feeling like you’re back in high school LOL

Excellent salon, very organized and clean. Sam did my haircut. She has great hands, very nice, and professional! Would definitely recommend.

I walked into this salon 3 years ago with black box dyed hair of many years with the goal of lightening overall with a bayalage/ highlights. Jamie took my hair from black to exactly what I wanted without compromising the health of my hair. She’s the best colorist I have ever been to hands down. She’s extremely knowledgeable and she really cares about her clients and the health of their hair.

Jojo is my go to for my hand tied extensions which has been matched perfectly to my natural hair. Having my extensions in for 3 years (only having to get new hair 2x because the quality of the hair is amazing) my natural hair is thicker and longer and there’s 0 damage. She has really helped me achieve a thicker, longer style that I have always wanted.

Everyone here is always so pleasant and sweet- from the front desk receptionists to all of the stylists, I’m never disappointed. I live on the eastern end of Long Island and I drive over an hour every month to come to this establishment. They are professional, and always put out the best service possible. The products they retail (Kerastase, Oribe) have really transformed my hair. I never feel pushed into buying products. I have only been educated on which products would work best for my hair.

Kudos to this salon, you have a loyal client from me for many years to come.

Julia did a customised facial, brow wax for me today! She was amazing and it was extremely relaxing and enjoyable! I highly recommend!

Hands-down best experience with Julia! I began TED hair restoration treatment only 3 months ago and already have amazing results I am very happy with and will continue the Hair Loss Treatment process for another 3 months. I've just bought another package can't wait to see the progression. After previous years of trying different hair re-growth programs/medications to no avail, TED is the only one that has worked for me, and has been working at an accelerated pace beyond my expectations.

The best hair experience with Caitlyn and Sam, their hair knowledge is just amazing just like their work and how they take care of you and your hair every appointment. Definitely ask for them when you go.

Caitlyn, Sam and Brianna are the ultimate dream team. Caitlyn never fails to give me exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to color accompanied by the INCREDIBLE cuts from Brianna. I refuse to get a cut with anyone else. Sam does the most beautiful blow out and I come in for an event so she can style my hair. Can’t say enough about these 3! Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to DLM salon for almost 2 years now and it’s so beautiful inside and out! The people are so friendly and accommodating. My stylist is Elenor and she’s absolutely amazing! My hair always comes out perfect, exactly what I want every.single.time. She is super sweet and so talented with hair coloring and blow outs are perfection! Ever since she started doing my hair, the amount of compliments that I get are crazy! Highly recommend Elenor! <3

Lindsey transformed my hair. She highlights my hair, glazes and cuts it. The products and maintenance she recommended for at home use has revived my hair. It is heathy again after years of breakage and problems

I’ve been getting my hair colored by Lindsey for years and also just started getting my hair cut by her a few months ago. She is the best! Every time I come to her with a new idea of something different that I want to do with my haircut or color, she always listens and delivers above and beyond my expectations.

If anyone wants amazing color I high suggest going to De La Mer and seeing Lindsey! She is very well educated and can pretty much make any color! When you have a vision she makes it come to life! She also has a ton of patience! I tend to get bored with my color and she never minds changing it up!

I also have short hair which is very difficult to find someone who knows how to cut hair in my style. Madison is so amazing! She understands what I like, my hair type and never disappoints! She cuts my hair in a way where I can maintain it even outside of the salon! I absolutely love how she cuts and would highly recommend her 100%. She is also the sweetest!

Lindsey is the absolute BEST! I’ve been going to her for 3 years and I walk out of the salon happy every time. She knows exactly what I want when it comes to coloring and cutting my hair, is so knowledgable and delivers everytime! I would highly recommend Lindsey for all your hair needs!

I had the oxygen facial done by Alyvia and the service was excellent. I appreciated that she took me through each step of the facial and explained what she was doing and the benefit and addressed my concerns.

My complaint is that the employees try really hard to up sell you which took away from relaxing part of spa experience that I wanted. Started off with tour of spa showing all the services they provide which obviously is to get you to come back for more, and then after facial I was shown all the products used, and then AGAIN at the cashier, and the.given a list of the products used in case I wanted to buy it. Then given “gift” of coupons if I want to return for next service. I wish the salon would stop trying to up sell so hard and just make the experience more relaxing because I loved the facial and wanted to just relax.

I recently visited Lindsey @ De la mer for a hair color and highlight appointment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I walked in, Lindsey and front store staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, and offered their expert opinion on what would look best on me.

I absolutely love De La Mer salon. Everyone there is so friendly and really listens to their customers needs and wants. Ever since Lindsay has been doing my hair it has never looked so good or felt so great! I absolutely trust her! I am a very happy customer!

I have been coming to Del La Mer for 12 years- Lindsay is so intuitive and always has new and flattering suggestions. She is a master colorist and cuts with my face shape and makes sure my hair is perfect. The products sold here are top of the line and worth the price as my hair is much healthier since using Orbie and kerastase products -
Recommend by Lindsay. Just got frame face highlights and am in love. Run to this salon and ask for Lindsay.
