6Was surprised that customer service ends right after installation, charged us for a 1 minute fix without telling us there would be this charge.
This is my 4th awning I made by custom awnings (in different homes). The quality and service are superb. I highly recommend them as well as having an awning. My porch literally serves as an extra room, whether it rains, extra heat and holidays. And don't forget the 0% financing when you are in a crunch.
Professional honest kind. Our awning came out wonderful. We can’t believe we didn’t have one till now.
