Had a great experience with Dr. Cherpelis. My visit was painless. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone at this office makes it a pleasant visit. I would refer my friends and family to them.

Excellent, excellent dentist. Great patient care, takes his time to ensure quality work, and listens to his patients.

I went there and all they did were x-rays I spent prob half an hour there 20 minutes waiting and filling out the forms and 10 minutes or maybe less with the dentist Dr. Cherpelis. Dr. Cherpelis never did any procedure to my teeth nothing at all, I ended up receiving a bill of $200.00 and I’ve been calling the office for months now trying to get information on why they were charging me for something that never happened? Why were they charging me at all? I only got x-rays and I have insurance UHC/Oxford and that covered the x-rays -that they did, the only thing that was done. I did not end up going back there because I was not satisfied with the fact that I couldn’t get a cleaning done. They told me I’d have to set up another appointment for that, and the appointment they were giving me was a month away. So I didn’t go back there I went to another dentist. A couple months after that I got the bill from Dr. Cherpelis office and I was confused. I called the office plenty of times and the receptionist always made an excuse “he’s not in the office” its always the same excuse. I have not spoken to the doctor nor has anyone explained why they were charging me. Very unprofessional, the staff and Dr. Cherpelis. Also I may add and I didn’t wanna go there but they have been dodging me and only sending me a bill -bell family dental is inside of a home and it’s not clean everything looks outdated and you can tell when you walk in it looks crammed. So with this I advise you people don’t go there go somewhere better. It looks like the only way he gets to not be in the office all the time is because he’s making up false charges and that-that is how he gets paid.
