Deer Lakes Apartments, Amherst NY

I am a recent former resident. Lee the manager of these apartments is awesome. He has been nothing but accommodating from start to finish. The apartments are clean and newer and very close to everything. Very well maintained inside and out. Thank you Lee for a excellent experience!

If you do not give them a "proper notice" that you are leaving the apartment.they won't give you your deposit back.

Deer Lakes Apartments is a well-maintained and beautiful property. You will fall in love with the view, community, and location. Moreover, the property manager, Lee, is incredible as he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of living during your time at Deer Lakes. One noteworthy characteristic is that Lee genuinely cares about his tenants, which is something that is uncommon with other property managers nowadays. I cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking for their next place to call home.

Great community to live in. Office staff was always a pleasure to work with and the maintenance crews were always timely and just as smooth to work with.

The best moments of my life was in this apartment in last 2 years. New built house with great appliances. It’s amazing to have control on heat and AC. Philis in the main office is so nice. She helps you with everything and does all her best to make everything easy for you. The maintenance is amazing and they take care so fast. The view to the lake is the best part of living there.

I have a friend living there and seem to be a very nice apartment. I was surprised how nice they looked on the inside

Place is ok. But highly expensive, with no other entertainments or services provided.only a place to stay.there is a lake by the apartments, but that could give you lots of insects

I lived there for a couple of years and the property manager Philis is soooo nice I regret ever moving. They do a great job with maintenance and if you put in a request sometimes it will be fixed the next day. Not the most modern apartment but I totally think it was worth the price and I look back at my time there very positively

These guys take their security deposit which equal to (1 month of rent) from you before you move into the apartment. However, when you move out, they take at least six weeks to refund back your security deposit! Bad managment! I don't Recommend them.

Great place to live. Beware of new units the builder is doing very shoddy detail work and a lot if small repairs are needed to our apartment.
