The room (suite) was great, and I was able to bring my ESA, which made my time there more enjoyable. The gaming was okay, but the Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet was definitely not one for the books. There wasn't 1 thing that I can say I actually enjoyed about it. I did have a good time, and hoping next time we will have a more enjoyable food experience.

I stayed at del Lago to see a friend's band play. The room was immaculate and very well laid out. The beds were very comfortable and very high. Some people may have trouble crawling into bed due to how high the mattress is too the floor, but I loved it. The venue of the show was well laid out with comfortable seating and a nice dance area in front of the stage. Every employee was incredibly courteous and helpful. The food at the buffet was very good with plenty of choices. You select the size of the container and van go through the hot line once, but servings are more than generous, even if you just wanted a little. Soup, salad, dessert lines are all your can eat as well as beverages. The slot machines hit a good number of times. I ended up turning $40 into $150 playing minimum penny slots. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience.

Nice clean casino, but do yourself a favor as you drive by just toss your wallet to the casino and keep on going. That way you can save some time and still lose your money. Lol

It was just okay. I was going to say poor but I did like the slot selection. But the mangers are a joke. Specially the one with the short hair and beard trying to cut the group we were in off drinking bc we all bought two drinks each. And my brother went to the bar and got a drink it was his bachelor party and he was staying there not driving. The manger came over real rude and said they are not going to serve us for a while. No one was drunk or yelling or doing anything. I won't be going back he ruined it for me.

The stay was nice, but the manicure at the spa was the WORST manicure I’ve ever gotten. Do not waste your money! The receptionist told me it would be an hour long manicure…. It was 35 minutes long and $78 for my GEL polish to peel in 4 days. No nail care besides a quick file. Absolutely livid I spent so much money for my nails to peel off.

Last night went to see Chubby Checkers, I am very disappointed with the lack of thoughtfulness When it came to seating. With covid-19 still rearing its ugly head I assumed that there would be spaces Between the groups of ppl (Especially in VIP) but instead We were packed in like a heard a sheep. Hopefully in the future you will put more thought into seating.

Funky cheap air freshener smell they pump thru the vents or something.always gives me a headache.space to machines ratio much greater.feels like walking thru an empty airport in a lot if areas

Non smoking is awesome (they do offer an outside venue where smoking is allowed) play was okay. I'd like to visit again.

I have only seen one of their rooms but, it was very clean and spacious. I haven't had any luck in the casino yet, but a friend that I was there with had a lot of it. He ended up winning almost 5x what he initially invested. Will definitely go back many more times.

It's so nice that things are starting to get back to normal and we're able to go to casinos again. We love Del Lago and go several times a year. For concerts or just to play the slots. The only thing missing is the buffet. They are open but on a limited basis. We used to come for holidays and get the buffet and stay the day. But some of the other restaurants are pretty good!

My buddy called me on a Friday night saying he got two front row meet & greet tickets to Michael Carbonaro, Lies on Stage. At first I was like, "Mike who"? But when he said Carbonaro Effect I remember seeing an episode or two, so I said yeah why not.wait, let me ask my girl. OK, Yeah I'll go! It was at the Del Lago which I've never been, & it was great! After the show we had wings & my buddy had a couple drinks & lost $300 on blackjack. I'm in recovery & don't drink or gamble, but I still had a fun time! We even ran into the headliner, comedian Brian Hicks & talked with him for a minute. He's a really nice dude.

Attended a conference at hotel. Rooms are spacious for a hotel room. Room was updated and clean. Shower could use a bit more attention. Food was tasty but could have been a bit warmer. Walked through casino but didn't utilize, not overly loud or busy in casino.

Was there at the Vine theater for a concert.the place is very nice, and great acoustics. I will definitely return for more concerts!

Room looked beautiful when we came in, but got disappointed real fast. The television guide was stuck on Thursday, Dec 31, with no programs on the guide. The front desk said there were no tech guys on the schedule, but she said she would send someone up. Ten minutes later the parking valet came up, and proceeded to unplug the TV, and plug it back in. We told him we tried that, and he said that was the best he could do. Also, the shower had a rainfall head, but it barely let enough water out to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

First time there, won $500, had an amazing spa session and 2 days of fun while Get The Led Out was playing, planning on a second trip in a few months

Staff is courteous. Facilities are clean. When at tables cocktail service could come around more often. Food is fair at bar. Overall pleasurable visit

Was very disappointed drove 2 1/2 hours for a 100.00 free play that the machine sucked up in less than 10 minutes. I won't go back.

Money pit. And they seem to track people. Don't expect to win anything if you go. Remember they can't control whether you win or lose on any given roll but they can control the amount you win. In this way you can gamble high and they'll pay you as if you're betting low and drain your pockets this way. 10 spins at 880.00 is 88 dollars- most times for every 88 you will win less than 24 dollars if anything at all.
