I have lots to say and truth be told i wish that i would have had another ortho from Jump! This doctor has horrible office staff since they moved from the original location, and not only that but just 2 weeks ago when we were having issues with our Air quality i drove my daughter damm near 1 hour to go see him so that she can have her growing lengthen due to the fact that his office also canceled the last 3 appointments we had he hadnt seen my daughter in almost 1 year! I get there and The receptionist then tells me that they canceled the appointment because I never called which Isn't true so therefore since we had already taken my daughter out the car I asked her if she could ask the doctor if they could squeeze us in, I didn't mind waiting however when she came back to the window she told me no that he refused to see my daughter and needless to say my daughter's special needs. She uses oxygen because due to that surgery she lost half of her lung function. When I say Overal he a good surgeon but his people skills SUCK, i definitely will NEVER TAKE HER BACK TO HIM!

Called for an appointment my son broke his finger. Called multiple times was told they would get back to me because it was a matter that needed to be handle with a sooner appointment then was available. After 48 hours the receptionist told me “go somewhere else” because they tried calling me my voicemail is not set up. Very staff each time was nasty and short.
