We had the pleasure to work with Elaine and Mateo yesterday for my father’s 50th birthday, we rented their 360 and I got say it was a lot of fun, and I have to really thank Mateo for all his hard work and trying to accommodate everything with the crazy weather we had, he went above and beyond. They are very professional and very much hands on deck with their job. If you want fun and professionalism for your party they are your to go people. I haven’t had a cake this delicious in so long. Let me explain a little about the cake, it was a beautifully done & decorated cake. It’s not overly sweet if you know what I mean. It’s so perfect. The sponge is soooo yummy. It’s my favorite part. I haven’t had a tres leches cake since I was 8 years old. The good memories of this cake make it taste so much better.
