Delta Car Service, Staten Island NY

I love the promptness however, the cabbies customer service was low that's why I gave it a 4. I'd still call them again though

I had a good experience with Delta car service. The driver should shower more and use deodorant. Otherwise it was good

I work the night shift at work and sometimes I get caught up on a job until 2 or 3am. At that time in the morning, the buses are hourly and often they just don’t come. So I call a car service and Delta is right in the neighborhood. It’s worth the money at that time. The dispatcher says 5 minutes and they come in 5. I’ll continue to use them as long as they’re reliable like that.

Worst cab on the island tell you 10 mins and come a hour and half later cab dispatcher got a bad attitude wen you call to ask where cab is this cab service is a dub will never use again

Requested a cab, and they told me that they'll arrive at my house in 5 minutes.i waited 15 minutes, until i called, asking about the location of the driver; only to wait for another 10 minutes.

The worst telephone service ever!
You make car service pick arrangements and dont show up? And all they can tell you is they"didnt have a car"? After the arrangements the night before.
They are the worst and very unreliable!

Was trash! I waited 26 mins in the rain (yes i was counting) and i decided to get on the bus and it came faster than the cab. The operater was loud and rude like i wont smack her tf. I don’t even know why i called this knowing it got 1.8 stars. Take my advice and dont think about calling it

This one star is even giving them too much credit. They have the most un professional team answering the phones.

Never on time. Cars always smell like smoke. They will make you late even when you call 30 mins in advance. The worst car service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Told Me 10 Minutes & Took 30. Then Told Me To Call Some One Else When I Told Him This Was Unprofessional.

I asked for a cab and said 20 mins and waited 40 mins. Then called back and they said 5 mins then keep on calling and said 5 mins. 30 mins later i called back very upset and they said that the cab driver got a flat tire and asked for a manager and keep me on hold for a very lokg time and then said that the manager wasnt there then I canceled the service after an hour and a half of waiting i do not recommend this car service

"Anton" the dispatcher is unbelievably rude to customers. And it took alost an hour for the cab to arrive. Terrible.go elsewhere.

They tell you to wait 5-10 minutes but then you end up waitinguele for up to 45 minutes. Don't take this cab it is so not worth it

If you have some place to get too and you call them with enough time to get there this is absolutely the worst cab company to call it's amazing how the taxi and limousine commission allows companies like this to own cabs in the city
