Delta Self Storage - Brooklyn

Staff is wonderful and helpful but the place is dirty as heck. I went into my unit after less than 5 months away and found a dead mouse stuck to the floor, which thankfully the staff helped me move (but not clean…)

Today I arrived to mouse poop everywhere on the floor in my unit. I swept it up so my movers wouldn’t step in it. Haven’t been through my belongings yet to determine if there’s been damage.

On the way out, I washed my hands in the bathroom and there was a used condom on the floor. I had to break the news to the staff and felt awful that she had to clean it up.

I don’t know what the solution is but there is clearly not enough monitoring going on throughout the building. I just renewed my lease due to being rushed but I need to get my things out of this place ASAP. Beware!

Delta Storage saved me from having to keep my belongings in a rental overnight

I went looking for emergency storage and was unable to find storage open past 6pm. Delta closes at 8pm

Their worker Evelyn assisted me in viewing and choosing the storage. Although I ended up running out of time Evelyn gracefully extended her time to allow me to store the last of my bags.

It’s 5 stars for me.

I was just helped by an amazing young lady with twanging a space. She walked me through the process and I got a great deal on the space. I was in and out.

Shanna was incredible. She made my entire experience so easy and welcoming. She had the patience to hear out my needs and help me select the right unit for me within my budget. Thank you soooo much

Evelyn was wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable and helped me choose the right size storage unit for my specific needs at an affordable price. After signing up, she gave me a quick orientation. The entire process from start to finish took less than a half hour. Thank you Evelyn!

Please stay away from this place, they will harass you for any small amount talking about cutting your lock or put your stuff to storage auction, that’s if you’re late like a week. And when you take your stuff out before the end of your paying month they would not give you your money back for the remaining days. Stay away from this place! So after they refused to give me the rest of my remaining days i locked it to wait until the end of my month. And they kept harassing me by calling and emailing me like I still owe them money. They are far from being professional.

Easy, fast and great customer service! Highly recommended! Love that you can pull into the garage!

Walked in looking for a space they didn't have at the moment but I'll be back when they do the staff was amazing

We were taking care of in the best way! Came in later close to closing but was courteous and patient finishing our paperwork with us right before closing up for the night.

Ray is the go to guy. He is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He showed me the unit, set up my account and I moved in my items the next day. He always has a smile on his face no matter the task. I look forward having the same experience utilizing my unit.
