Delta Sonic Car Wash, Rochester NY

Good price, decent "No Touch" wash. Ok, had to add another star. Minor conflict in the drive-thru, Staff was outstanding with a lightening fast response and quick remedy. Courteous, professional and all with a smile. Says 5 stars to me, great job Delta Sonic!

The prices for the different carwash wash options were not posted or visible at the payment booth. I asked to have the Basic wash and I could not purchase it without hearing about various plans and packages. I repeatedly told the employee in the booth that I only wanted the Basic wash, but they repeatedly kept trying to upsell my wash no less than 10 times (this is not an exaggeration)! I understand that the employees are likely trained and expected to upsell all basic washes, but it was ridiculous and unprofessional. Even after I asked her twice to stop trying to upsell my choice, she simply continued on with more attempts. It did not help that her speaker was very muffled and she tried speaking through the sliding cash drawer. When I got home, I found that my car was still filthy and spotted all over with salt! I will not be returning to this Delta Sonic.

Don’t know why people would wait 30 minutes in line for a car wash, especially when you finally get to try and pay for it and instead you get a sales pitch for a few minutes. Then the snotty blonde says”she’s just doing her job”. I am there for a car wash, not to waste an hour of my day! I drove away and will never go back after that nonsense.

From a small place with a car wash, they have expanded nicely and are working hard to expand the business. The new buildings are very nice, and they offer a number of services. There will soon be more car wash bays and the lines won't be as bad.

It's nice to be able to also get gas and go in and sit down to eat a snack, and the access from West Henrietta Road and Brighton Henrietta Town line Road is much improved over what it used to be.

Great gas prices if you get their card and if you get unlimited carwashes. The line for the car wash is often quite long, but it usually moves pretty well. They just need to do a little better job of routing traffic, and are they ever going to finish construction?

Edit: apparently construction will be completed (hopefully soon) and that'll be a great improvement.

Justin Daiutolo, Delta Sonic crew member, did great interior cleaning service to my old 2009 Hyundai Sonata. He made sure everything was accomplished as per my needs before returning car key to me. He also recommended an apt service for my next visit. Thanks buddy!

I stopped by the Henrietta location around 2 pm on Friday March 29,2019 and got a wash and 90 day hand wax. The hand wax was done by employee 33442 on shift 1. Even though it was very busy, he took his time, worked carefully and did an outstanding job. I was very satisfied with the results. Good work and excellent service.

Yesterday I had my truck washed it was very dirty, and when I was going through the towel dry Nick told me it should have been done better so he stopped all traffic and let me back through the wash and gave me a good drying after the second time, he was very nice and friendly. Defintly made the experience alot more enjoyable thanks!

Alyssa had excellent customer service by greeting me with a smile. Before drying my car, and dried inside of my doors when i asked and had no problem doing so.

Great car wash at a fair price, members of the team smiled and asked how my day was.you can tell the location is run very well by Mangament. The line was to the street however I was through in no time. Coming from the southern tier this was a change from my home town.

Also I stopped in the other day to get gas and saw a wash manager helping a young boy tie his shoe. Ownership should be proud to have members like this, it’s not common any more.

After years of working as a supervisor, I know how difficult it can be to control the hawks around the location if you know what I mean. This management team has gone above and beyond to rid the location of the hoodlams and build a beautiful park. Keep up the hardworK!

I'm very disappointed in these detail guys. I'm a monthly paid member and I pay for an interior detail multiple times a month. Usually I go to penfield but stopped here today. They broke my seat and found a huge plastic piece snapped off from the side. They just left it on the passenger seat and said "oh well. We couldn't get it back on". The rubber floormats are dirtier than when I went in abs nothing has been wiped down at all.

I just had the 1 hour detail done by Maryonna. I have it done every two weeks or so. This is the best it's ever been cleaned before. She deserved the good tip I gave her.

Ran into some Henrietta guys at the car show and I told them I go there all the time and ask for Raidy to clean my car because he does such a good job. One of them told me to leave a review with his name in it so he can get recognized. Think he's been there for a long time. Thanks Raidy!

I had the full professional package done in the detail area. They did a wonderful job and also left a cute gift bag in the car after the cleaning! They wrote "Will" on the review us card so I'm assuming he did the service. Please tell Will I said THANK YOU. Great job Delta Sonic, I've already told all my friends!

Got a 30 minute interior clean done today for the first time and honestly, it was disappointing. They missed a lot of spots and were not very thorough or detailed in their cleaning. That being said, Justin D.took care of a lot of those missed spots for me and provided really exceptional service. He was patient with me even though I asked him to do five or so additional things and was kind and respectful the whole time. If I do an interior clean here again it will only be because of Justin.

I love coming to this location. All of the employees work very hard and seem to get along great as a team. What a since of team work and diligence. A young man named Chris pumped my gas for me, the other day after he dried my little car off. He was very polite and professional. He looked a little stiff so I suggested he loosen up a bit. But it’s probably from all of the hard work that he does! Great Job guys.

Purchased a Super Kiss Plus car wash which is supposed to include an under body wash and tire dressing. I genuinely believe that this business has become too busy to provide thorough service. The staff is just trying to push as many cars through as they can. As the pictures shows the vehicle leaves dirty.

I wish I could give them no stars I'm extremely upset I got my car detailed paid 40$ and they scratched my car up all the way from the top of my driver door to the back of my light and my light is scratched I'm in shock how careless they are. I'm leasing this car as well which also makes me even more upset! You people need to learn how to be more careful extremely disappointed
