Delta Sonic Car Wash - Penfield, NY

Went to get an oil change last week and the service was great. Nick, Alex and especially Bob (who I think delayed his break so I didn’t have to wait long). Thank you all so much

Bob and Alex were very professional, kind and prompt with my oil change. Checked my air filter, tire pressure and all lights. I was in and out of there so fast my kids didn't seem to notice!

Bob, Nick, and Alex were terrific at changing my oil quickly. They were very friendly and were able to loosen an overtightened oil filter after Valvoline declined to try.

I have gone to this Delta Sonic for my last few oil changes due to its proximity to my office, and I've always been pleased with the service. This last time I was on a time crunch during my lunch break, and was helped very quickly by the team of Bob, Nick, and Alex. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile, they discovered what I was in for, and did a great (fast) job. Each team member was smiling and everyone was in good spirits. It was a great experience, which I have come to expect from them time after time. Keep up the good work!

Bob and Nick provided great customer service while servicing my car for an oil change. They identified items on my van which needed repair, and they replaced them. Reasonably priced. I appreciated the walk-around inspection of my van just as nicer Spring weather is getting started. They identified items that may have became unserviceable through the winter months. Big thanks to them both for a job well-done!

Had my oil changed by Bob, Nick and Alex. They were professional and very helpful. I will be back for my next oil change.

10 years ago I had a pretty terrible experience at Delta Sonic. A few years ago I decided to give them a second chance, and wow was I surprised.
Ted, Bob, James, and Alex were the staff on duty as I got my oil change today. Super friendly, quick, and even educated me a little bit about my car which I didn't know I needed haha.

I went in the other day for an oil change. While I was there I was informed that I had a tail light out. Bob changed it out with no trouble at all, my air filter was replaced too all while my oil was being changed. By the time the oil change was over, all the other stuff was done too. The guys were polite, efficient and professional. This is why I always come here:) thank you Bob, Ted and Alex for your great service:)

Fred at the drying station is the man! I pulled out of the car wash and he's comically dancing and gesturing me over to his station - I couldn't help but laugh! Keep making people smile!

I haven't been to Delta Sonic in a while and seriously needed a deep cleaning inside and out. I made the mistake of going on a Friday afternoon, and had to wait in a very long line. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of being helped by Hannah at the window. Hannah was very patient as I asked questions about my options both today, and starting a membership. Even though she was clearly busy, and still had a along line of customers to help, she took the time to explain all of the different tiers and services that Delta Sonic has to offer and helped pick the best choice for me! Can't wait to come back for a touch up by the great team at the Penfield Delta Sonic!

Zac cleaned the interior of my car and did a great job! I love coming to this location - the customer service is always fantastic, and the staff is always knowledgeable. I come here for everything. Unlimited washes, interior, and oil changes, and it’s so convenient!

Visited earlier today and had such an extraordinarily service. Noah B that did an amazing job and service for me in the detail shop. He was GREAT! Definetely will recommend delta sonic to all my friends!

I went to Delta in Penfield today, and it was PACKED! I got in what seemed a congested traffic jam a little irritated and not looking forward to the hassle, when I was pleasantly surprised to see the line going ahead at a nice pace due to the proactiveness of the employees checking customers in. After choosing to get a Super Kiss, Hannah told me about the monthly membership and took time to talk me through options and details about the gas card. While she was very knowledgeable, it was her attitude and demeanor that outshine everything. In the middle of a busy, hectic time of the day she was calm, pleasant and sweet enough to make sure to offer my children in the backseat stickers. We then went through the wash and as we come to the end we find Fred. Let me mention that it was 18degrees out today and there was Fred, with a huge smile on his face, dancing and directing cars to drying stations. My children and I all started doing dance moves with him and were all laughing and smiling from seeing his enthusiasm while doing his job. After these interactions i decided to stop in to leave positive feedback with a manager. It's so often we only take time to complain, and I felt these two employees really deserved the recognition. And that's when I met one of the managers, Danny. His demeanor was so welcoming and then when I began to tell him of my positive experience, he was so appreciative and kind. We had a nice chat and he showed his appreciation of me taking the time to give kudos to his employees by gifting me with a coupon. I left Delta in a great mood today solely because of my interactions with some great employees. We'll be back to see them soon! Keep up the great work Danny, Fred, Hannah & Team - we appreciate you! Oh. And my Jeep looks great too

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Visited recently and had such an iconic service and treatment by staff. One person stood out out that day, his name was Alex and he was the best! Definetely will recommend delta sonic to all friends and family!
