Denny's

Left Denny's in Centereach due to short-staffed and unclean. Came to this one in North Babylon and they were also short-staffed but they were friendly. Food arrived hot and didn't take too long, considering. Bravo to the workers who are super busy but still keep the smile on their face.

The waitress was nice, food was terrible, 3 tables in the place and still took 25 min to get food. Needs a good cleaning. My first time going and very dissatisfied

1st Called to make reservations, we were told a 45 minute wait. Showed up 10 minutes later, walked in to find the place HALF empty - someone lied to us. They were fast to ask what beverages we wanted & annoyingly asked us 3 times if we were ready to order. When we did order it took over 30 minutes to process a burger order & 3 breakfast pancake orders, it took so long even the person refilling our coffee/drinks for a THIRD time asked us if we had already ordered. Then when a tray of food came out TO OUR TABLE, it was for a table of 3 that came after us. Not only was our meal slow to come but when it did arrive, the eggs were NOT made as requested and had to be sent back. And then trying to get someone's attention to pay - don't get me started. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Denny's. There is free parking & 2 bathrooms, currently the staff all wore mask.

All there food I tried it's very delicious we've been going to Denny's myself and my fiance on a steady basis, at Denny's for breakfast at times lunch and dinner,

Coffee is to die for! Friendly, younger staff who know how to take care of customers.always love seeing young people working!

Ordered a turkey dinner online for pickup, which turned out to be pretty good. When I initially picked it up & brought it home it did not have cranberry sauce, as advertised. I called, and after a few minutes spoke with a manager. She did apologize & said that I could come back to pick up. She even added a free side when I asked if I could buy extra, which I thought was a nice gesture.

Update 11/30: updating my previous 4-star review. Ordered the same turkey dinner online for pickup on Saturday 11/28. This time, when I got home there was no gravy on the turkey or stuffing. After waiting on hold for a period of time (I actually started driving back to the restaurant by that time) I was told again that they made an error & they apologized. The person that I spoke with said that they intended to give me gravy on the side & forgot to put it in the bag (note: in my previous order the gravy had been ladled on the turkey & stuffing, not separate). They gave me a dessert as well as extra cranberry sauce for my trouble; however, to have an error on the same order within 2-3 days is not acceptable.

Breakfast with a coworker, prompt curtious, sevice, food was delicious, prices good waitress was sweet and great service

The staff was very nice. I rarely buy burgers from most places because I tend to get very disappointed with the taste but I took a chance and ordered one from Denny's and it was soooooo good.

There hash browns were salty there eggs were burnt so was the bacon went for my bday 8-25-18 the last time always come here all the time smh

Stop then just to get a quick bite got some eggs and pancakes my wife did the same she thought she thought it was okay but I thought IHOP was better

First time and last time. The place was nice but the food you ordered was not the food that you get. The plates were dirty and so was the cup.

Food excellent waitress excellent but had to wait to be seated almost 30 mins when there were so many open tables. I found out later they were short-staffed. The hostess told me that young kids don't want to work so they take the job for a day then quit

Great place for the price, dont let past incidents of nuckleheads keep you from going to this place, great price nice people great service bless them

Not the best Dennys. My eggs were oily and the bacon was two half rations. Service was half hearted even though the restaurant was not very busy.

Pretty standard Denny's experience. Small location, so the staff are always within earshot. Waitstaff are very kind.

Waitress confuse my order and my psrtner.than she had no idea what todo.her words was "Oh gosh not sure what to do"

Horrible place to go to. The pancakes are so small, it's a rip off. The workers are so snotty, the place is so old-fashioned and the wait is dreadfully long. I do not recommend this place.

After waiting 30 minutes to be seated and with an employee locked in the bathroom and no one calling 911.we order our food and receive it an hour later I only ordered bacon and eggs and Mac and cheese for my daughter which came out disgustingly microwaved! After asking for a fresh macaroni and cheese the server curses and slams the door in front of my 6 year old daughter! I will never go back there!

Dennys is always pretty good in my opinion. Only issue was it was insanely packed but I guess that comes with it being a Saturday at lunch time.

Went there for dessert, their apple crumb w was so good. They could use a little help with service as I did ser they were hiring. The waitress was very polite
