Denny's

Stopped in for a late night meal. We haven't been to Dennys in years, but it was the only place open. Had a French toast Slam and was pleasantly surprised. My eggs were slightly underdone. But other than that it was good. Our waitress was polite, pleasant, and efficient. Good weekend getaway memory!

Don't bother going to this Dennys slow service, poor food quality, and fighting in the kitchen. When you go out to dinner, you expect the server to come out and get the drink order. That's not what happened, we waited 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, and it took 20 minutes before any drinks came out, and we waited another 15 minutes before our order was taken. The food started to come out that was 30 minutes and came out a little bit at a time. Nothing came out at the same time, and while we waited, you could fighting coming from the kitchen. When we talked to the manager, she told us that the cook quit and they had 2 people working the kitchen. The food quality showed it. Our total time there was 3 hours. After that, I won't be coming.

Service was excellent all throughout. The waitress even helped us use our T-Mobile discounts. Thank you.

As always Denny's is the great American diner for anytime of the day or night. It always delivers on its promise of good food and 24x7 svc

I went a Sunday morning and to my surprise they had tables but you can tell they were busy. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food came out at a good pace and was good quality for a dennys. It’s one of the few breakfast restaurants in the area while visiting Niagara Falls.

Such a nice place with multiple pages of menu.food is amazing. We loved Pancakes. Staff is very kind and polite.

It took forever for our food to come but it was open 24/7 and the service was great. So definitely a life saver

Disappointed with my last visit. The 1st two items I ordered were out of stock (blueberries for pancakes and Breakfast Potato’s). Those are staple breakfast items. At least I walked away with a cup of hot chocolate.

No blueberries (for pancakes), soups, or diced potatoes, a waitress that was stretched too thin between many customers, and the restaurant was freezing cold. The coffee was hot and the price wasn’t too inflated, but it left us wanting a lot more.

We went for a excursion to Niagara Falls and on Saturday August 15,2023. We went to eat at 10: 00 pm and when the manager of the place saw that the entire group was Latino (Hispanic) she denied us service and was really very rude to us, she told us that she preferred to close the restaurant so as not to serve us.

I was charged 40$ for a turkey sandwich and a burger. No fries no drinks nothing!
It wasn't even good! I could have got a better meal from Tim Hortons! We will NEVER go back to Dennys in Niagara falls ny again! Used to be my favorite place.but now?

This location has recently updated their interior, and it turned out quite nice. The parking lot was packed when we arrived, so we expected to wait. We must have been lucky, because we were seated almost immediately. Our server was fantastic, she was friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to our liking, and everyone was pleased. Overall, it was a great meal.

As delicious their food is, their service is one of the slowest! Three times I went there, every time they were 10-15 mins delayed. Don’t think they are short stuffed, they are just roaming around. Won’t recommend if you are in a hurry!

7/22/23 Went here around 9: 30 pm. My group of 6 was denied service because "the cook was new. " There were 2 tables of 2 people each in the restaurant, that's all. I might understand if they were short staffed and busy but they were not. They would be better off just closing the restaurant. Don't waste your time here!

Would have preferred half the portion for half the price. We all ended up taking home what we couldn't eat.
