Denny's

The server was great, Server had to come back several times because we were not familiar with the menu. It took a while for the food to be cooked. Everything arrived hot and tasty.

The service was the WORST by Maria A! The restaurant had 3 tables on her side & I had to literally look for her to refill my coffee cup, ask for some HOT coffee, for the bill & a go container! As a matter of fact another server gave me more creamer, the bill, & the go container (thank you). I’m sorry I stop! So if you go in ask NOT to sit in her section!

Our server being overworked is expected these days, and Sue did the best she could.
The food, on the other hand, was inexcusable. A vegetable omelette, hash browns, and wheat toast - all three dripping with grease and very much inedible.

Horrible like I go to one dennys I get the different fries and it's no problem this one holy hell can't do that every time it's a problem yep walk out. U guys need a complete re hire of your staff.do some under cover boss there

Husband's food was cold upon delivery, but burnt. So obviously had been cooked and then left sitting. I ordered egg over easy and it was a fried egg. Cooked to completion.

There was only two people eating at the restaurant with about five or six girls walking around and I was put at a table and they never came to get my order. Two people came in after me and we're seated and their order was taken right away and I still sat without getting my order taken. I had a flight in two and a half hours and I did not think I could wait that long!

Not enough help, took waitress along time to come over, order was goofed up when we finally got it. Had to have it taken back and ended up getting the meals on the house due to the issue. I would not go there again until they have help.

Understaffed. Very long wait to be seated, no hostess for seating. However, our waitress was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and efficient and made great milkshakes.
Mozzerella cheese sticks were also great. Hashbrowns could have been better.

If you get the crew of older ladies, you'll find your experience extremely satisfying - if you get the younger crew, walk out - it isn't worth your time, and it seems your not worth their time either.

Ordered takeout and ended up spending $20+ on mostly inedible food.
The pancake bites were cooked too long so they were black. I didn’t detect the “strawberry” part of the one I picked apart to eat, due to the outer part being so burnt that char flavor was throughout.

I got the more expensive burger option instead of the one on the diner menu. Unsure what the difference is. This was smaller and because it wasn’t formed into a patty but rather a fist of meat the burger wasn’t cooked.

Lesson learned. Just wanted to pick up something for my dad on the way home from the hospital after mom was admitted and had emergency surgery.

Will never come back again. Left no one to seat us for over 5 min
When we did get a seat it was not clean.

Standard dinner. Went happy to try the skillet.being a vegetarian, the options were not too many.

The service was excellent

Ended up eating some unhealthy food and left

Our food was cold when delivered. My dish was overcooked yo the point of being burned
. Server never came back to ask about drink refills. Would not recommend other to say stay away.

hit and miss on service, food always good but as of late they seem short handed so the apologies are getting worn out. Stop having your employees apologize or give customer discounts due to poor service and get yourself staffed up.it's summer, people are traveling and many such as students or those in the education professions are looking for summer part time jobs, draw them in with incentives rather than using your budget on customer apologies, discounts and disgruntled employees.plan ahead as fall is coming too.

I go here when I pick up family at the airport as only minutes from there. I go early and wait for a call telling me family had landed. I can also get anything "to go" for my family as a perk!

The service was great, and the food looked picture perfect! As for the taste, not too bad at all!

Order something, after awhile the server comes back telling they don't have it. So I order a "Moons over my HAMMY" and after 40min the food comes out and it was bad, with barely any HAM, cheese and burned. I only stayed there cuz I had just got off a plane with 3 hungry kids BUT never again. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I’m sure the food is great and all, however:
we received almost no service at the front, practically had to seat ourselves (it was NOT busy at all today - 07/02/23).
When we did sit down - not a single person went by our desk and/or offered us a drink or take our order. Sat there at the nearly empty booth area with other customers being served in the back with 3 other waiters.

The day before (07/01/23) we went in and there was just one lady at the front and one waitress - we had lightning fast service and lovely attitude. The only reason I’m giving another star is those ladies! Because the staff today was obviously clueless.

Hope you guys get it fixed.

Linda B was our morning server. Had the Ultimate Omelet with jalapeños of course. Really and the atmosphere was great. Got a seat right next to the window with A. C.on for my hangover. Love it! Thanks for the service and food.
