Denny's

Worst customer service from the manger on the evening shift, order a burger waited for 40 mins order comes bun was not tossed, meat was burned, waited for her to come so i can show her and let her know she was busy and did not come to the table even though we asked her for coffee refill and ice water. So i was hungry and ate it no choice. When she came with refill water and coffee after 12 min and yes i did time her i told her about the situation at first she apologized and ask if she wants me to remove it from the bill then right away change her mind and told me oh you ate it so cant do. So she wanted me to wait another 40 min so they could ev made another burger so i could starved to death. Disappointed if there was a negative star i would gave it to this Dannys. Hate it when the restaurant takes advantage of truckers. They know we dont have another choice. We drive come tired and hungry so we could put anything in our tummy

The attendant was mean right from the start, because we did not wait for her to appear and direct us to sit. The place was almost empty and we were looking for the breakfast menu when she showed up upset with us.

I'm very disappointed because I thought the service was good at first we didn't have to wait long for the food. I ordered a French toast slam, but the toast was flat. We also ordered honey mustard and garlic bread, but the waitress disappeared and she never came back to check on the table. We never received the honey mustard or garlic bread.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Denny's. When I was seated at my table, the couch was filled with crumbs and clearly not clean. But that wasn't the worst part. When I ordered coffee, my cup still had lipstick marks on it, and another cup seemed like it had been reused with coffee marks at the top. Even a pack of sugar was already opened. To make matters worse, when we received our silverware, the forks and knives were inexcusably dirty, with dried pieces of eggs and butter on them. The icing on the cake was the unfriendly attitude of the waitstaff when we brought these issues to their attention. My advice: DO NOT COME HERE.

Open very late (2: 00 a.m.) For many truckers, any hot food after 12 Midnight is a blessing. Clean restaurant, food was top notch, Crystal was a Rockstar. Definitely be back.

I have been here and seated for almost 45 minutes and have only seen one dish come out. They are yelling at each other in the back not knowing kwe can all hear them. I’m not sure what the problem is but I have dinned at dennys enough to know it should not take this long for food

Update: Recently went back to give it another try and had breakfest for supper and the food was terrible. The hash browns were burnt and tasted like cleaning product. The eggs were runny when they were to be over easy. It was not worth the 67$ spent here for a family of 4. A local restaurant would have been the smarter and by far cheaper place to to go. I will say our waitress this time was fantastic compared to last time. Other then that i still can not recommendthis place to anyone. [Previous experiance: Food took a while to get and wasn't anything special and tasted fine. Chicken was a bit dry. Waitress only came over to ask if we needed a refill or anything 1 time in an hour. The other two waitress seemed way more attentive to there tables and checked on them a few times. I wouldn't recommend it. There are other places and better local places. ]

Absolutely horrible. We came and waited about 5 minutes until anyone actually came to bring our menus. Once we ordered drinks it took a good 20 minutes to actually get them, and once we did, they were never checked on. During the whole dine in our empty drinks kept piling up on the table. I took exactly 1 hour and 27 minutes for us to get our food. Once it came, I got a burnt English muffin instead of a biscuit and when I asked what happened they told me that they were out of biscuits, so instead of telling me, they just decided to “improvise”. Not only that but the hash-browns were horrendously undercooked, the salad had rotten cucumbers and tomatoes and the food was even slightly cold. Was not enjoyable in the least. Save yourself the trip.

Though the service was okay, the food was unpalatable. The sandwich, the 'Super Bird' to be specific, was so dry, cold and, chewy it was like I was chewing on a slab of pencil eraser between two glue-based, arid pieces of bread. Typically I love that sandwich, I get it almost every time. The fries were so cold and soggy that it was like I was eating slices of raw, 5 day old potato. Between two super bird sandwiches and a moons over my hammy, at $52 it wasn't worth it.

The only reason why I rate it 5stars is because of Crystal! She was absolutely amazing! She sat us as soon as we arrived in another persons section … who NEVER checked on us. Crystal noticed we were not getting served and came to check on us and she ended up taking over our table and provided the best service ever! I was beyond pleased with her! I would only ever return if she was working!

Francesca is the lady who served us today and the fact that this kind lady isnt being used as the spokes person for Denny's is crazy to me. She made all my Denny's food combinations possible with helping me try to save money on top of make sure everything me and my family of three needed. She was a very pleasant upbeat person to talk to and had some of the best humor a waitress could have. There are very few people I have ever tipped 50% of my check too but francesca Is well worth it.

Five stars francesca, hope you read this someday.

Food was excellent
We were sat right away and ordered immediately. We were hungry and from out of town.
Took 90 minutes (no joke) For Every Table to get their food, not just us.
Manager was seen there and not helping at all while short staffed. Zero discount for not walking out after the 1st hour. Manager hid from everyone.

Took over 40 min to get our food. Then waited again for over 20 min for check and take home box. Waitress was very attentive when she was there. However, seemed she was on break for most of our visit and we had to flag others down to get service. Husband’s ham over my hammy was dry. My Choco nana was great!

On July 2nd, a Sunday night, about closing time I walked in and they sat me. My waitress Shelly (I hope that's right) was cheerful and took good care of me even though I was keeping her from going home. The 5 stars are for her.

Delicious food. Sweet and attentive waitress, named Rebecca. She presented herself as professional, kind, and able to show me compassionate regarding my dietary requests.

We are from out of town and the food was gross it was cold and we waiting an hour for our food and it was slow! A skillet was ordered and it was cold I could stick my finger right in it! Not impressed.do better!
