15ONLY ONE SERVER AND SHE WAS AMAZING, THE MANAGER TRUST I CALLED CORPORATE HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED OH USELESS NONHELPFULL HEFFER, THEN THE WAY THE COOK YELLED AT THE SERVER I SWWEEEAAARRRR I WOULD HAVE WALKED TF OUT THEY TREATED HER SO BAD WHEN SHE HAD 10 TABLES BY HER SELF 1 HOUR PAST HER SHIFT AND NO ONE WAS TRYING TO HELP HER IT WAS DISGUSTING I WANTED TO HELP HER SO BAD
First time ordering for pick up and it was terrible. Chicken fried steak tastes like rubber and did not have a crispy feel. Hash browns were burnt and I they forgot to give me my pancakes. Food don’t look nothing like the picture.
I’m not one to complain, honestly ever but what happened tonight just wasn’t okay, I came in with my family 3 kids 5 adults and when we where seating our waiter let us know he was hard of hearing which is fine so am I I wear a hearing aid, but what I wasn’t okay with was he ended the conversation telling me to control my kids who where all seated and very “controlled” at the time, the comments to my kids didn’t stop there when bringing over our drinks he then called my daughter a diva, she clearly upset and hid from him. I wanted to pack up and leave but didn’t want to punish the kids.
I guess it's okay doesn't have gluten-free options for people who have gluten sensitive.
Believe it or not, everyone working there was pleasant, except the manager (that's where the 4 stars came from). Other than that, everything was good!
Excellent service. Very good, tasty food. No waiting lines on a Sunday morning. Our waiter Quest was so welcoming; and kind. He welcomes everyone with a smile and very good energy and attitude. I definitely recommend this place to eat when you’re in Rochester.
Was great, we sat ordered. Got our food, but was kinda left alone after that; as we waited for our server to come back with the check. But other than that was ok.
I had a huge hair in my food and I politely returned it for a remake, the manager had attitude and accused me of not having a hair in my food even though the server saw it as well. When they remade my food it still had a hair in it and also the wrong ingredients so I just asked them to take it off my bill. The manager gave major attitude again and did not even speak as he printed my check and took my money. The waitress was very nice but other than her there was Horrible service
We (wife and I) were in the area because of work so we had breakfast here two days in a row. Both days service and food were great.
We have to add that our server Quest was awesome! His positive vibes are contagious.
We will come here every time we are in Rochester!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY HAD NO BURGERS AT ALL! THEY TOOK MY NIECE'S ORDER AND IT WAS WRONG SPENT 30 BUCKS AND I COULD OF WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
This place is a favorite of mines. The Salmon is always good. The steak is a hit or a miss, but mainly a hit. The servers are so nice! But 2x I was seated, and overlooked. Ppl that came in before me/us were being served. I had to get the servers' attention to be helped.
Waitress Kaylani was awesome. The cooks are hopeless. Over easy egg on grandslam burger came sunny side up looking almost raw. Ordered no cheese and when remade egg was perfect and sandwich now had cheese on it. They sent back the plate with same onion rings, now ice cold. Kaylani got us a fresh order and was apologetic but of course out of her control what goes on in the kitchen.
We visited on a Saturday mid morning. Restaurant was not busy at all. The waitress was slow as well as she got our order wrong. Food was sub par. But, more than anything, this restaurant was filthy. I have never been in a dirtier restaurant.
Come on dennys. 10 min to get seated. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, cream, sugar. Took 45 min for a coffee refill just to be told just a min. Food was ice cold. Toast was hard as a rock. Staff looked less than thrilled to have customers. Then the waitress pops in and says heres your bill im going on break. Do better!
