Post Covid supply chain issues. No avocado. Lettuce on my wife's burger was wilted.

At the register, they didn't know how to enter my Denny's rewards info.

Dont tip through online orders its a waste of money tipped 20% for a $50 to go hoping they would try not to ruin it and all I requested was extra crispy fries, pickles with my burger and ketchup for the fries, they forgot pickles entirely, our fries were the opposite of crispy they were undercooked and soggy and we got 3 ketchup packets for 2 burgers with fries (even asked before leaving is there ketchup in here and she goes yes 6), it's dennys on night shift so expectations were low but how are you gonna charge people 50 bucks for 2 burgers like it's a 4 star restaurant and then send out a completely butchered order, don't tip it does nothing here

10 stars! Placed a large to go order with Hannah H. She was pleasant and organized the to go exactly as I needed. Everyone even said that was the best brunch they had in a while. Thank you for being you Hannah.

Sub par food, old coffee. Service was OK. Don't know how I ended up paying over $50 for 2 people.

Food was absolutely delicious and affordable prices as well. I've eaten is very often.

OMG! This was my first time at Denny's! OMG, OMG, the pancakes were delicious! It was hot, soft, and a taste to die for! The taste was like a cinnamon taste, that melted in my mouth! And the waitress was AWESOME! GREAT SERVICE! SORRY, IHOP YOU LOST THIS ONE!

We patronized this Denny's restaurant on the 4th of July. It was very crowded because all the other diners and restaurants nearby were closed. They seemed a bit short staffed but they did not skip a beat. Our waitress ran non stop and our service and food were great. Kudos to them!

My wife and I stopped into Dennys Camillus today for breakfast. Not a pleasant experience. The waitress was ok but it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive, and then only half our order came and the server said the pancakes would be a little longer. 15 minutes later no pancakes and no apology from waitress. A couple next to us still hadn’t been served and they were there a while. We got up and left and the other couple came up to cashier and wanted to talk to manager. We paid and left without full meal.

Never liked Denny's but the wife does. So for the wife it's a 5 star but for myself it's a 1 star.

I've always had a good experience at Denny's with good food, service and clean facilities.service at this location was also good, the food a little greasy compared to others, cleanliness needs to be improved ASAP. At the entrance, door handles were soiled with residue, the door and window glass were dirty all over, vestibules were unswept with even dead bugs in corners, was apprehensive about continuing to have service there but I was very kindly greeted as soon as I walked in and saw the environment and everyone was having a good time as I did afterwards.

Server was very nice and the food did not disappoint. It was very good. Would definitely recommend

Food was good but the waitress seemed a little short with me and the eggs didn’t turn out the way I wanted (over hard, but I got over easy).

Service was quick and the servers were nice people. It also wasn't overly loud. The food was tasty and hot. For the most part the restaurant was clean, except for the floor could have been better.

My bourbon chicken was too sweet. Otherwise the dish was good, as was my date's breakfast. Great service

This place is pretty average. The food is pretty good and everyone there is kind and friendly. The atmosphere is pretty mid for some weird reason. Every time I go to Dennys, it's always cold. Hey! I'm not complaining! Overall ️️️️

Food was good. Service was excellent. Minimal wait times. As usual Mary is an amazing server. Only problem I can find is the bathroom still has no lock so anyone can walk in.

The meal was great and the service was good.

Update for tonight. Food was still pretty good, but service was marginal. I'm thinking they had staff shortage issues.
