Dr. Estrada and her staff are very professional, great with their jobs but kind and understandable with her patients.

Dr. Estrada, is the most wonderful dentist, of the many I have seen in the past. She is highly skilled and experienced, and takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. Dr. Estrada, is also very gentle and caring, which is important to me because I can be anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Estrada is one of the kindest, sweetest dentists I have ever had. With a fear of going to the dentist, she and her staff put me at ease the moment I walked into the office. The front staff promptly greeted me and took my insurance information to help defer any costs to me. Just a couple minutes after I sat down, they called me in which didn’t allow me to overthink my fears. She sat me down and with a gentle hand started to examine my teeth. What I love is she doesn’t sugar coat what is going on nor did she pressure me into fixing or taking care of anything. I have always left with a clean mouth and am very happy to have found her. The staff sends a text to remind me of scheduling mg next visit which has been helpful to keep me on top of it.iI have been back to her year after year and my fear of dentistry is gone! Me solve my never ending chipped tooth problem.
It's the tip of my tooth (front one) and it always comes off when filled. A solution was presented to reinforce it and protect the tooth. I'm biting into apples.with front teeth again. Fearless foo!
It's the little things!

DR ESTRADA DESTROYED MY MOUTH! (SEE MY REPLY TO HER RESPONSE BELOW) Every time she tried to "fix it" SHE MADE IT WORSE. She first agreed to pay for it to be fixed but now she is now blaming my BREAST CANCER.yet the damage to my mouth was caused BEFORE I was diagnosed! She knows this AS SHE TRIED TO FIX IT BEFORE I had CANCER. In addition, she tried to get me to do MORE PROCEDURES, like teeth cleaning under anesthesia, that WERE NOT REQUIRED but ones that she could CHARGE TO MY INSURANCE! On top of that, she is now ILLEGALLY DIAGNOSING ME WITH TMJ in order to justify refusing to fix the medical ISSUES SHE CAUSED. ONE OF HER STAFF tried to BLAME MY CANCER as well, even though my issues HAPPENED BEFORE MY CANCER. I AM BEING GANGED UP ON BY HER STAFF. TO MAKE MEDICAL DIAGNOSES TO GET OUT OF HELPING SOMEONE THAT YOU HAVE DAMAGED, AND HAS GONE THROUGH CANCER, IS ATROCIOUS! STAY AWAY!
**RESPONSE** I notice in your response you don't actually address what I am saying. In order to get out of paying to have my mouth fixed you diagnosed me with TMJ despite having no symptoms and Dr. Shin said that my issues were caused by being stressed from cancer. YET THE PROBLEMS HAPPENED BEFORE MY CANCER. To be dismissed by you and your staff with untrue medical diagnosis means that you were ganging up on me in order to get out of paying! AND HERE YOU ARE DOING IT AGAIN! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ME!

I love this place, came here for a root canal and WOW! 0% of pain after the appointments. Doctors and staff are magnificent. Information every step of the way. Modern tools are top of the line for me. My personal opinion Best dentist spot to go to. In NYC.

Through a lot of research, they found me a nightguard that I don't have any allergy sensitivities to.:)
