Dental Care of Patchogue reviews
15Drs are great, hygienist are great and chair side are great. So what’s the problem after be a patient of Dr. Granati’s since 2008 the corporation has decided not to accept our insurance anymore after being assured they would continue to accept it. That's what happens when big business takes over! Thank you Dr Granati for putting a smile on our faces all those years.
I have been going to this dental office for over 20 years and it’s the best place on earth
Stay away they are a bunch of rip offs. All they want is your hardworking money. They tried to rip meoff went in for follow up took about 2min. They were charging $120.00 if I didn't say anything. Just watch your funds. Extremely annoyed customer!
Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Patrella. She’s efficient gentle and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the service at Dental Care!
Met both Drs at 2 different visits. Dr Granati is honest and down to earth and does not recommend unecesssry treatment and Dr Patrella is so kind and gentle. She is doing my Invisalign and I just love it! Front desk helpful and always answer all my questions. Glad I found this place when my old Dentist retired. Would highly recommend
If i could i would give them more than 5 stars! I went for an emergency visit and have never been there before. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me and i wasnt even a current patient. They have me for life as a patient now!
Rose was super helpful and attentive to my needs with Invisalign. She called me to check in and asked me if I had any issues or questions. When I shared a concern with her about an issue I was having, she helped me get an appointment right away to get everything looked at. Very pleased with the support!
Clean & professional office. Coming here makes a dreaded visit quite pleasant! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Dental place!
Great Atmosphere! Very Gentle, quick & easy procedure. Staff was Extremely kind & Bubbly. I Definitely recommend this place. In my Opinion the best in Long Island!
I went in to get a temporary crown, I did not want to go but the staff made it worth it. Jo was so nice she made me feel welcomed. She ran down the payment with me and told me what was charged for. Rose and Dr. Patrella ran down what was going to be done, what foods not to eat, and started conversation. They kept it very real and professional. Thank you!
A short wait. I had set the appointment up to put my cap back on. That was done in a short amount of time. While the procedure was being done Dr. G gave me good advice and we established a dental plan for other work I needed. I booked my next appointment. A very good dental experience. Dr. Granati is a very dedicated and caring dent. He does good work!
Nice & clean place. The dentist answered all my questions. The staff is very efficient and friendly.
Dental hygienist Jackie alway friendly & professional in her job.
My dental treatment was completed efficiently with sensitivity to my individual needs.
The entire staff are professional and courteous. Dr. P and Rosie were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and made my procedure a pleasant experience. They really did give me back my smile.
The lead dentist Granati was so extremely rough. The first time I came in for X-rays he was very nice and seemed like a funny guy. This entirely changed when I actually had my filling. He was clearly in a rush and was extremely rough with my entire face and teeth while doing a filling, stretching out my gums far too much and using no gentleness at all, almost as if it was intentional. Not just on my teeth but again my whole face, almost leaning on it - hard.
I had to come back a month later because the tooth that DIDN'T HURT BEFORE I WENT, but had a cavity, was now in extreme pain after he filled it over a month.
When I went back I told him it hurts when I touch it, even with my tongue. He seemed extremely irritated and his response was that I was probably touching it too much and asking me why I'm touching it. Again being EXTREMELY rough with my cheeks and face while inspecting the tooth, to the point that I felt like he had anger issues. He did nothing to fix the problem and still two years later I have issues with the tooth he worked on.
I am filling this out over two years later because I just went to my new dentist and was reminded how horrible Dental
Care of Patchogue was, and how rough Dr Granati was.
Not to mention the lead receptionist has time and time again ignored my requests to send any X-rays or files to other dentists. Just today I called twice and she ignored both requests, so I had to wait in the chair while my new dentist called, and finally got the files.
Horrible just avoid it.
