Dr Whalen has been my dentist for over 20 years. His team is amazing and I love how thorough Debbie is with my cleanings. They’re honest and reasonably priced. He takes care of my daughter now also and they’re great with her too! I highly recommend.

Dr. Whalen is nice, but the many of the employees including the practice manager Allison are unfortunately condescending and non-apologetic after charging you outrageous prices for simple fillings and not informing you of the price beforehand. Employees use phrases like “this is the discounted” rate in reference to a $1300 bill for simple fillings. And even after paying that much money, Allison pretends like she didn’t receive your messages and won’t call you back or address your concerns until you’ve left several messages. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating service for the money.

Allison also first claimed they are comparable to other dental practices in the area then changed her statement to they are a private practice meaning they don’t take insurance and unconcerned with what other dentists’ offices do. When I replied that most dental offices are private practices, even ones that take insurance, she tried to tell falsely me I was wrong and arbitrarily gave me examples of 2 dental offices that are not in the area and that I’ve never heard of that were not private practices, mostly because she didn’t want to acknowledge her offices’ abhorrent behavior, and just to be argumentative and somehow justify their surreptitious billing.

I’m a 65 year old man that has always covered his mouth and never smiled in a picture. I smiled with my eyes. No one ever wanted to try to fix my teeth until I met Dr. Whalen. The minute you walk in the door you know that you have entered an environment of top shelf professionals. From the staff that meets you and handles you appointments and billing, to the clinical staff that interact with you throughout all your procedures. Even their choice of music is spot on. Dr Whalen is nothing short of a Michelangelo. His equipment is high tech without a rival in the industry. Dr Whalen’s expertise is also in my opinion without a rival in the industry. I can’t stop smiling because I can’t believe these are my teeth. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING! Thank you all for being so wonderful and caring and most importantly so good at what you do. Excellent customer service by the entire staff, Dr Whelan was great and went over my entire dental situation and options. The experience was outstanding with state of the art techniques and equipment with a professional and compassionate staff.
