I booked online appointments for my family of 3 at Dental Korner for Sunday 9AM 1/7/2024. When we arrived, the staff told us that they didn’t see us in their booking, and that someone cancelled our appointments. They also said that they don’t open on Sundays, even though they were clearly open and the dentist was working on a patient. They apologized to us for this error, but they did not offer any explanation or solution. We wasted our time and money to come here, and we were very disappointed and frustrated. This is a very poor dentist office that needs to fix their online booking system and their communication with their customers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Look for another dentist office that respects your time and your needs.

The Dentist office name is Dental Korner. I made the appointment online for my family of 3 in early December and it was scheduled on Sunday 9 AM 1/7/2024. It was a rainy and snowy Sunday morning, we got there on time, I told the staff who was friendly and nice that I had an appointment at 9 am and provided her with our information, she checked their system and told me that she didn't see us in their booking. I was a little shocked, I showed her the text and email confirmations from my wife and myself, and she checked again and asked me if we cancelled the appointments, I told her no we didn't. The friendly staff apologized to us and said that normally they don't open on Sundays and we shouldn't have been able to book appointments on Sunday, I said to her but you are open right now and the dentist is working on a patient.she said it must be some error because they don't open on Sundays and someone cancelled the appointments. However, either my wife and I got any notification of the appointments being cancelled. Then I asked her if they could take any of us since we were already there, she told us that the dentist was fully booked that day and the next available appointment would be in late February.

Dr. Wu is incredibly skillful, patient and comforting. I came here after having a horrible experience from other clinic and Dr. Wu could see my stress built up form my prior experience instantly. She explained everything to make sure I understand what’s coming and what to expect. She patiently waited for anesthesia to sit in, and so that I wouldn’t feel a thing during the process. The whole process is like a dream. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist.

The Dentist’s & Staff are the best. I highly recommend the Dental Korner.

My doctor was patient and ensured I was comfortable all the way throughout the procedure. I liked the fact that a thorough dental examination was conducted prior to the procedure I requested. Kudos for the professionalism that was maintained. The overall customer service was par excellence.

Dr David Kroner is also an expert Dentist who I have seen since 2019. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Kroner utilized the latest Xray technology to simultaneously diagnose and clean the teeth and offer the proper diagnosis as he reviews the X-ray using the latest software. The visit was quick and easy and I am very happy about the treatment I received at Dr. Kroner's office.

As someone who put off going to see a dentist for a very very long time due to nervousness and previous bad experiences with other dentist (not from this office). I can confidently say Dr. Lina Wu and her staff (Cindy and Maria) did a fantastic job from registration and X-Ray to the check up/cleaning. They were all very kind and understanding and Dr. Wu addressed my concerns with skill, kindness and professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience coming from my position.

I’ve been coming here for years now (pre-Covid) from originally finding this practice on Yelp. Dr. Kroner & his staff are beyond amazing. In over my 30 years of going to dentist’s, this is the first time I feel truly listened to. I’ve learned so much since seeing him and he’s given me options for treatments that I had once lost hope for. I recommend everyone I know to his practice. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Kroner is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever gone to. He are so polite. He tell you exactly what they are doing throughout the procedure. Dental Korner uses a tate of the art technology. The bedside manner is absolutely amazing I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He not only does general dentistry, he also does cosmetic dentistry as well as root canal’s and all major problems. I have been going to Dr. Kroner for over ten years. And he works out payment plans if necessary. He also takes insurance o will walk you through what he is doing and why. The overall environment is so clean and the staff is so friendly.

What a fantastic office! Staff 5 stars! Office 5 stars! I haven't been to the dentist in some time and needed a new one. After MUCH research I came across this lovely office and was pleasantly surprised AND took my insurance! After the appointment was made, they kept me updated and sent links for paperwork via text of my upcoming appointment. Arriving for my appointment I walked into a very well kept office. The ladies at the front were wonderful as well! Dr. Wu was absolutely fantastic and honestly made me sad I had not found her sooner. I was never pushed for anything that was outside the care of my dental health. I've been through and heard stories of some offices only trying to upsell you throughout the visit while doing a subpar job. She came across as someone who genuinely cared and really took care with her work. I am so happy to have an office like this and have recommended them to my family! They went as well and called me back immediately raving about how they also wish they found this office sooner. I'm not sorry this review is long because I want everyone to know about it <3
