Yesterday I had a tooth extraction. The dentist that did the surgery was very professional. She made sure that I would feel no pain before she started. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep.

Had an emergency tooth ache, I was seen right away, considered my busy schedule they had Monday evening open, they took my dental plan, everything worked out, office is clean friendly and affordable. Thank you

I inquired online and the representative sent my information to dental made easy. Lorana called me back and was able to assist me with everything. She is a sweetheart. The doctor Milana was amazing. They both have beautiful bed side manner. I recommend them all the way.

I called this morning and lorana answered, she informed me that she doesn’t take my insurance however she assured me that they have other options to help me. Doctor Badalov took very good care of me with the assistance of lorana. They both made me feel very safe. Thank you again

I came to takemy wisdom teeth out, and not only was it fast, he did itnreally smooth and I did not feel any pain at all, I felt comfortable and took away any nervousness I had before coming to the dentist, a great experience and made me feel calm

If i could give this place no stars i would front desk manager playing games for cash. I have Aetna no ded insurance she claims they arw closed and wants to charge 100 deductible plus cost of procedure then says we can work something out? Do i look stupid ms? Lawsuit coming soon for this establishment be warned verify your insurance beforehand they will try and manipulate you.and fyi i went to another dentist 1 min away verify my insurance paid nothing. BE Warned very crooked

They ask you for your SSN when this is not mandatory. I have my insurance United Health Care, when I was registering in their application it did not go through if I do NOT provide my Social Security number. Under Medical and NY Law this is not a requirement to get dental service with insurance. I complained to the front desk woman and she said my insurance was “under payment schedule” and I needed to pay and then I should ask my insurance for refund… which was totally a lie, because after telling her that I will complain with her boss, then she said that they don’t work with my insurance company, so what they wanted was to charge the customer for the full service, asking for SSN social etc …. Is this an ilegal practice? I do not recommend this place

Dr. David he is the best! I have been going to him from January 2022. Always perfect, always superb! He is the top of his profession. He spend a quality of time on my first visit BIG job has to be done on my right top side.removing bridge, to put 2 implants, he saved 3 of teeth. Implants are perfectly done (with " NO" pain) the crowns on them are on the cement (hope forever but I have 6 month guaranty) Front desk staff amazing, billing department absolutely professional.
They also have wonderful demeanors so that you feel comfortable, comforted, and never feel any pain. He is the best!

Everyone here is very professional and know how to take good care of you, especially Lorana! She helped me feel comfortable and calmed me down. You guys are all great here, highly recommend!

This dental office is really nice. I inquired about the implants and a young lady named lorana called me. She was so sweet. She accommodated me so quickly I am happy I came here. I met with Dr badalov he took his time and explained everything to me.i am happy I started my treatment
with my new dental family.

This place is beyond 5 stars. The doctor i saw he was amazing. Dr Badalov transformed my smile in ways i couldn’t imagine. Everyone here is amazing. While waiting in the room the assistant Lorana always made sure i was comfortable and she made me feel like I was home. This is the best place to be if you need any dental treatment. I recommend 10 out of 10.

She was very kind, and helpful with everybody.
I would recommend this place for any dental emergency situation. The dentist lady was so nice They did a great job taking out my tooth. They help me so much god bless them thank u so much for everything.

Don’t take any insurance! Made a down payment on my Consultation it was 75 dollars. (worst experience I ever had) went back to location to receive my 100 dollar payment back they told me it would be a 50 dollar charge for canceling and I said ok they owe me 50 dollar and keep sending me on a run around for 50 buck keep telling me they need to talk to the doctor.
