I want to start off by first thanking all of the staff for everything, small and large, each one of them did to help Baylee! Trying to put in words our experience with Dr. Sambursky is not an easy task. Baylee had a very unique situation with her dental needs. Her procedure was one that was more in-depth than Dr. Sambursky had ever done before. Dr. Sambursky went above and beyond to prepare and practice for her surgeries.
After over a year and 2 very extensive surgeries Baylee had to endure, it was all worth it. We have tears of fear, pain, frustration and finally tears of joy! To see my daughter smile and say she is finally happy. Makes me the happiest I could ever be. Thank you for giving my daughter back her beautiful smile! After years of dental issues, I finally found Dr. Sambursky. My issue was complicated and intensive but Dr. Sambursky's extensive knowledge and skill tackled it with GREAT results. He and his staff are caring and friendly. For the first time in decades, I don't dread going to the dentist. My only regret is that I didn't find Dental Solutions sooner. I highly recommend them.

Recently received my “Hybridge”, my overall experience was positive because of the knowledgeable, experienced, and caring staff. Dr. Ron made sure everything was precise in the placement and fit of my “Hybridge”, and I have to say the wait was well worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made it possible.

This is a great office with a wonderful staff. I have been a patient for many years with regular cleanings and multiple procedures done. All I can say is that the hygienists and doctors are thoughtful, caring and gentle.

I highly recommend Dental Solutions! Their office is large and airy, and their staff, especially at the Front Desk is very friendly and helpful.

I had an initial consult with Dr. Sambursky and his staff, where I explained what I wanted done, Dr. Sambursky offered various solutions and we came up with a treatment plan that made me happy. All costs were explained upfront.

Dr. Sambursky did the procedures today and I am beyond happy. What I see as my smile has returned with smooth, non-abrasive teeth, and my chipped teeth were restored with excellent color matching.

I am extremely happy to have found Dental Solutions who can keep me smiling.

I was referred to Dr. Sambursky Because my dentist was unable to affix the loose implant crown back. I hay to drive one hour to reach this dental office, but it was worth it. During my visit Dr. Sambursky creatively used different types of tools that have in the end connected my crown with the implant. Dr. Sambursky was also informing me what exactly he was working on, while I was sitting in the chair. I was never left in wondering what is happening during each segment of my visit. I really like how i was treated and I have left their dental office happy. They know what they are doing there. My full respect.

The staff is great. During both of my visits, the doctor/owner was creepy, disinterested, dismissive, and uncaring. He asked me questions over and over and over BOTH TIMES until I gave the answer he wanted (And he only wrote down his own answer anyway!). As someone with severe ptsd regarding dentistry, it was painful. And ~ridiculously~ expensive. I will not be back.

Edit: two weeks later, I finally did speak with the office in regard to my mistreatment, but only because I left this review. While they did admit that it happened, they were unwilling to apologize for Dr Sambursky's actions - because that's simply how he acts with women - and instead suggested I go check out a nearby dental college. They were unwilling to let me see another dentist at the facility.

For the amount of money a person is looking to spend there (over $20k for a set of upper or lower teeth), the least that the doctor could do is be respectful. But I guess he's too busy counting his money to bother.

Save your money. Apparently you're just as good visiting the local dental school.

I have been coming to Dental Solutions of Binghamton for 9 years and have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ron and the team. They listen to my concerns and we work together on the best solution. I feel well cared for!

As someone who suffered from from an extremely debilitating phobia of dental services, which even mental health professionals I sought out to assist me with did not ease, it was easier for me to deal with the pain and embarrassment of my broken and missing teeth (about 3/4 of of them) rather than seek out treatment, even with the knowledge that it was a very unhealthy life choice for myself.

With the help of loved ones who took control of setting up the process, from calling for information, and setting up a consultation without my knowledge until after it was booked, I visited Dental Solutions of Binghamton to see if I finally would be mentally and physically strong enough under the extreme stress that took over me from even viewing dental ads on TV would cause, let alone walking into an office.

Even before stepping in the front door as on official patient (they were warned of my phobia during the information seeking phone call), the staff went out of their way to come up with out of the box solutions to try and help ease my fear to help me, even though in the end, the regulations put in place due to the pandemic would not allow them to happen it turns out. Even so, this team went out of their way to work with me to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff up front was very warm, welcoming, and comforting. Then with the initial consultation with Dr. Sambursky in the conference room, as well as his team in the surgical suite, to Dr. Fritz and his assistants who handled all the aesthetics of my implants and installation, I was treated in a very compassionate way during the entire process. They made sure I was always comfortable, and while saying they were very professional is easy to do, it was more than that.

Every single staff member, whether they were directly involved in my case or not, went above and beyond to provide a friendly atmosphere to bring my stress levels down, and gave me breaks from not only the physical effects of the process, but the mental breakdowns I had during it all as well, and not once did they push me before I was composed to begin again, no matter how much it affected their schedule. I truly felt as though they treated me as they would a member of their family. Not only did they utilize their knowledge and experience not to keep my informed and assured in dealing with unexpected damage that was discovered during the initial extraction surgery that wasn't able to be seen on the initial scans, but the use of the personalble empathy and humor went above and beyond to keep me more relaxed.

In the end, their skills let me put the pain and embarrassment of my smile status behind me and helped me not only be able to enjoy many foods I had not had for a long time, but learn how to smile instead of smirk again, and be proud when I did, instead of ashamed.

I cannot recommend this group enough for those who have fear of the dental community that makes people hesitate in seeking help they may need! Thank you to each and every member of this office for giving me a new lease and outlook on life!

Dental Solutions began with Dr. Mike Sostowski for myself personally and has evolved into such a wonderful group of people that give amazing care for their patients and community. I found that this group makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of your dental health. Dr. Zeitsman and Dr. DiPalma have been amazing filling in the shoes of Dr. Mike since he retired. The dental work I received at Dental Solutions of Binghamton was excellent. I needed a variety of procedures including an implant, crowns and extraction. All were done with professionalism and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

The care that I received from Dr. Sambursky and his team was excellent. I received a pre-estimate of costs and payment is expected at time of service. They bill your dental insurance as a courtesy. My implant fits perfectly and the process was smooth and without trauma. Dr. Sambursky’s calm, kind demeanor put me at ease, and the atmosphere of the entire office is positive and light. A five star experience.

From the initial visit at the office the staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I opted to go with the Hybridge dental implants. Everything in the process went very well. I just received the final product this morning. Very happy! Highly recommend!
