Dental 365 is great! Dr B extracted all 4 wisdom teeth and did an excellent job! The staff is super friendly and attentive especially the office manager Kat. I will definitely be coming back for all my regular visits. Thanks Dental 365!

As much as we all hate going to the dentist, this place makes it very comfortable and easy. It is always very clean and well kept. Kat and Cathy in the front desk are attentive and warm, they always great you with a genuine smile. Carmen, the dental assistant, was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and really cares about your best interest. She gave me tips on products to use at home and always checks to make sure you are good. I got a cleaning and some cavities filled by Dr. B, he was thorough and precise. Dr. Schlesinger did a gum lift for me because I have always suffered from a gummy smile and the results have been life changing. I highly recommend this place, they have made me so much more confident with my smile!

Dr Flatow is simply wonderful if ever anyone had a fear of the Dentist Dr Flatow would make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Cant say enough great things about him. Linda the Dental Hygenist is so nice and calming makes for a visit without anxiety. Kat at the front is super cool personable friendly. They make you feel relaxed right away where for some it may be a fearful visit not the case here. 1 O'clock means 1Oclock. O'clock appointments are right on time every time.

Dr. Badalov is the best! He was very friendly and super gentle. Finally got my crown done and it feels great. The office is very clean and refreshing and the staff was great as well. 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to be back in 6 months.

Dr. Schlesinger is a great dentist.he takes his time to explain everything and he pulled 2 of my widsom teeth.it was so quick and fast.he's good at what he does.thank you am so happy you was able to do this for me.

As someone who finds the dentist to be a nerve-wracking experience I was very happy with my first visit to Dental365.
Went in to consult on a chipped tooth, Kathy at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming. Carmen, the dental hygienist and Dr. Flatow made me feel at ease and patiently explained each step of the process.
Feeling alot more calm about the rest of the process.

Their website explicitly claims to provide "affordable dental care for the entire family. " When I experienced severe pain in my wisdom tooth, I promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day, luckily coinciding with the surgeon's availability on Thursdays. Before confirming my appointment, I contacted the office and described my issue, inquiring about a cost estimate. They informed me that they couldn't provide an estimate since the total expense depends on factors like the severity of the wisdom tooth impaction, which seemed reasonable - no problem.

I also asked about potential payment plans, specifically in case I couldn't pay the full amount upfront. The receptionist corrected me, stating that they offered payment "options" instead. With that clarification, I proceeded to book my appointment. Upon arriving at the office, I encountered friendly front desk staff. As expected, the surgeon recommended an extraction, but fortunately, my wisdom tooth wasn't "badly impacted. " Throughout the procedure, he made passive-aggressive comments that I won't detail here. Although I agreed with his professional assessment, I found his attitude off-putting, particularly given the limited insight into my circumstances, as access to such services are not accessible to everyone.

At some point, I was presented with a bill of $790, which was required to be paid upfront. This contradicted the "payment options" indicated on their website and conveyed to me during the phone conversation, where I had clearly outlined the nature of the service I needed. While I understand that wisdom tooth extractions can be costly, I was taken aback by the demand for $790 upfront for a relatively brief procedure considering I was also told it will be a "simple procedure", with the consultation being described as "complimentary. " It seemed that the consultation, x-rays, and any other hidden fees were rolled into the $790 I was charged.

At Dental 365, there’s a team of doctors who I saw and honestly I felt save and after my procedure my team of physician always gave me a follow up call and that made me felt like family. From the front desk there’s always warm welcome, special shout out to Dr Flatow, very talented and tolerable gentleman.

Nancy was so kind and caring, definitely made me feel comfortable. She did a great job and I love the results.

I see bunch of fake reviews here so let me fix that and put one that comes for experience and actual person who had the misfortune of dealing with these morons to say the least.
To call them dishonest it would be an understatement, front desk receptionist told me that “yes we do accept your insurance “ come to find out that I was out of network and had to out of pocket in full which infuriated me so much but it’s my own fault for not double checking and trusting an idiot who sits and greets people for living. Too overpriced and not justifiable I would never go back.

My hygienist was amazing — so kind, gentle, thorough, helpful— she could not have been better!

A truly superb practice with a team that is second to none. The positive, courteous energy starts at reception with Kat and continues throughout the facility, all the staff is simply AMAZING!

They are compassionate, caring, and above all else they are confident and positive that you will be thrilled with the results.
