Dentistry by Dr. Kaplansky, PLLC, Gasport NY

This dentist is awesome! I was tired of constantly being in and out of the dentist office because my teeth would just shatter. I was glad to wear a mask because my smile was horrible. So I decided to go with Implants. I had my whole mouth done. I started this journey in October 2000. I will be receiving my new teeth next month. I’m so excited to be able to chew food again without my teeth breaking.

I will be very honest. This isn’t a cheap way to go and it has been a long 7 months. But I’m thrilled with the results. The best part is that I can smile again!

Scale of 1-10 I’d give it a 10 because the staff there are so nice and funny. I love the fact that most rooms have a TV in them so you can focus on that rather than the dentist working on your teeth. I had to have implants put in and my teeth were removed right before I left for college, and they were very good at working around my school schedule.

Update: just got more implants put in and this time they did it all in one go and the put me under so it was a lot easier for me and them.

After seeing him for some dental work, I made an appointment for dental implants. I told them that they wanted too much money for just one arch (27k). Months later I kept getting phone calls. Several calls a day from the same number. I picked up and it was a telemarketer trying to set me up to come in and talk to this dentist about dental implants. I told them I was already there and wasn't interested. They still continued to keep calling me about 4 times a day! No wonder their implants are so expensive, they have telemarketers and sales people to pay.

Very personable experience every time. Staff are always pleasant and the doctors are terrific. Not one thing I can say negative thing! Thank you for making a not so pleasant event much more tolerable!

I'm glad I came and found out about implants and that I was a good candidate. Unfortunately the cost was overwhelming and way out of my range financially because I am on a fixed income and unable to afford the cost. Thank you though for all the information you gave me and putting together a plan for me.

I finally had the long awaited root canal done today by Dr. Kaplansky and his very professional assistant. I was very nervous about this procedure, but my fears were put aside by their caring and professionalism. Highly recommend this Dentist and his very professional and caring staff.

Dr kaplanski knows what he is doing. I have been going here for years, and have always had a good experience with him or other dentists at night. His girl that does cleaning does a really great job, as well as several others I have had. Desk staff do a great job billing and I have had nothing but praise for them as well. I have had terrible experience at a few other offices with great dentists but bad billing staff. His are top notch all around and that makes as much a difference in your experience as the dentistry. His new office remodel is fantastic as well. I think you will be very happy here!

Very satisfied with my visit. Extractions went smoothly. Was surprised since I haven't been to dentist in quite a few years. Dental hygienist (Kerri) very nice and made me feel comfortable and reassured. As did Dr. Kaplansky. (he's a great dentist) Office staff great and very helpful. Happy Holidays!
