7 The doctor said my itching was a cosmetic issue and a waist of his time.
Itch cream doesn't work so he waisted my time and took $50.from me. If they don't fix it why do we pay?
Yelled at my husband that he didn't makes the appointment over and over.

Visited the Canandaigua office yesterday and I’m very happy with this practice. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the receptionist to be very polite and helpful. Likewise, the nurse and doctor were great. Had a full body check and a growth removed, I felt the care was excellent and all my questions were addressed
The other reviewers are spot-on: the medical staff is very courteous and attentive but the receptionists are by far the rudest of any medical practice I’ve been to. They interrupt while you’re speaking, mismanage your inquiries, and act like you’re wasting their time by calling (and you have to speak to them because the phone service doesn’t take messages!). It’s so easy to be nice.
Very disappointing. Total time with a medical provider is about 30 seconds, the treatment prescribed does not work, and they do not care that their treatment does not work.
Front desk receptionist was dry and rather abrasive. Nurse and doctor seemed nice enough. Doctor didn't really address the problem.
Will not be returning
Experience here was okay, could’ve been a lot better with more communication and friendlier secretaries at the facility.
