Not good like they used to be. It’s like they were always beating around the bush with explanations. I never have truly gotten any explanations on what exactly has been going on with my skin. Just that I have cysts and pimples and other acne & none of what they would prescribe helped. & they kept making me retake the same things until I had enough. I took accutane and completed it in February and after my last visit decided to not go back. I’d rather see a different dermatologist that cares to help me out with my skin. Oh and the front desk people never answer the phone when you call & customer service isn’t good overall.

A very unprofessional and rude experience with the receptionist! After patiently waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to simply cancel an appointment I was abruptly greeted with only her first name (which I will spare here) and no “thank you for waiting, how can I help you? ” After she cancelled my appointment and I thanked her, she simply hung up on me. So my review is this…. 1) I really like my doctor at this office but have to say the customer service is horrible and rude! 2) Maybe invest in proper customer service training/etiquette because you sure are not going to attract any bees with that “sour” honey!

I'm an existing patient and just called for an appointment. I was on hold for 23 minutes! When the receptionist finally came on, I said, "Wow, I've been waiting over 20 minutes, it's good to finally get a real person! " and laughed a little.her response was, "Yup, what can I do for you? " I mean come on, no apology for the long wait time, no nothing? Soooo cold. At least fake it people! Geesh.

I have never felt compelled to write a review before until I came to this practice. I am going to save you guys the disappointment and suggest to not waste your time coming here. First thing, it was a 3+ month wait for the earliest available appointment. You would figure that after waiting months and coming to a specialist you would have a more comprehensive assessment and medical review on your condition compared to seeing your PCP. Absolutely NOT the case here. I'm telling you all the other reviews are correct and I literally spent probably 5 minutes in total seeing the doctor. She was super cold, NOT patient-centered a lot, and did not care to elaborate, educate, or provide additional expertise on my condition. If it wasn't for me asking questions, I would have left the practice with 4 different prescriptions that I barely even know what they are for and what they are suppose to address. Clearly, they must be rushing appointments to fit in as many patients as possible so they can bill as many claims. This was such a disappointment. Waste of my time. Absolutely terrible.

One of the only offices I could find that would see my toddler. Friendly and clean place. Dr. Sila provided me with some useful info and a referral.

I like Doctor W but the receptionist team has to train and improve. They are Rude and unprofessional. Calls gets dropped so many times. Still can’t book an appointment since tryinh for multiple times for 2 days. Very frustrating!

Super rude and rushed. The doctor was the WORST. I feel sorry for the staff that work under her. Most prickly place of service I have ever been to in my life. Stay away!

As a relatively new patient, I received a mailing reminder to schedule my yearly exam. I attempted to call in to make this appointment and twice had to drop the call after 20 minutes of hold time. On my third attempt, I waited 40 minutes and finally reached someone who was not particularly concerned about the excessive difficulty in scheduling an appointment. I will be finding a new dermatologist

The visits are alright and the actual interactions are what I would complain about. The staff at the front desk reception are usually rude and don't come off as welcoming. The nurses are really nice and engaging which has made me give the review 2 stars. I can't even remember my doctor's name because they rush through the visit and the appointment lasts for about 5 minutes. Checking out is the same as checking in: rude and rushed.

I just made a call to book and appointment and I don't think I have been this upset with a single phone call. I made the call, I wanted to book an appointment as a new patient and when I was spelling out my first name the receptionist found it difficult to follow which is understandable. I repeated the spelling with the standard radio phonetics (also known as Military alphabets etc.which goes as Alpha, Bravo, Charlie). She was very exasperated and just repeated she can't understand. I said I'm sorry I could repeat what I said. Then she asked me if there is someone else who can speak for me. I said no. Before I could ask if there is online booking, she just slammed the call on me.
I think it is not just upsetting but highly appalling that someone working in the health care industry can just slam the phone on a patient without even trying to understand. It's very apathetic and irresponsible.
It's the rudest encounter I have had in United States, United Arab Emirates or India.

I thought I was booking an appointment with a particular doctor in this office who was recommended by a friend. I specifically asked for an appointment with him but it turned out the appointment was set up with a different doctor without advising me of this. She was not friendly, couldn't help me, and took my 50 bucks after recommending I see a more specialized dermatologist. Avoid this place.

After telling the doctors I was transgender they refused to use my preferred name or pronouns, the visit felt very rushed and I didn’t feel heard.
