Destination Kia, Albany NY

I leased my 2019 K8a Sportah6e LX there-it's my 1st SzV-and I love it! I have less than a yr left n want to keep it but might consider a Kia Niro better, as it gets 40 mpg if it's about same size as Sportage.

I have not used Destination Kia's service department yet, so I can't say anything about that yet. I go through Garvey Kia in Queensbury NY. I just got off the phone with both places and seriously was treated with more respect by Destination Kia, even though I discussed the same things and brought up the same exact concerns. Neither can get me in until July but at least the man I talked to at Destination Kia put my mind at ease. Right now I go to Garvey Kia out of convenience. I really want somewhere where I don't feel the high egos, feel dismissed and like I am a pest and maybe destination kia is that place. The the man I talked to, thank you for listening, being so informative and caring. Every time I have called the person has been informative, and very willing to help. Thank you.

Nick at Desination Kia was professional and understanding. In April I was set on getting the new 2022 Kia Carnival, all I wanted was White and have the functions and safety that beat fit my family. Nick understood my needs and made it happen. Sadly it did take almost three months, however that was not fault of their own. I appreciated the communication and the flexibility around my work schedule when my new vehicle came. Josh in finance worked after hours to make the arrangements for me to have a fast pick up! Nick was one of the only people keeping me informed while I waiting for paperwork. Sat and took time to communicate with me as a person and not just a paycheck. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank You Nick for the new Carnival. My children and I are in love!

It was your general car buying experience, then trying to get as much money out of you as they can. Pretty standard stuff and a alright experience; however, be very mindful of their promotions. I have someone who referred me and they are supposed to get a $100 gift card. Well, it’s 4 months later, many phone calls and emails—still nothing. I went to the BBB reg. It as it seems to me there was some false prompting there.

Really enjoyed working with Rick and his team. Got a great deal on a Forte and it went smoothly.

The service team were fast and very friendly and efficient. However, there was no one available to explain who we would need to see or what steps we need follow to actually get the car serviced. It was more like we were on our own until we were able to get someone's attention. Afterwards, all went well.

Salesman Dennis Miller was amazing! He guided us thru the buying process. He was articulate, knowledgeable, and patient answering every question asked while putting us at ease. Dennis educated us with the 2021 Telluride SX took his time to share his own love of the vehicle. Dennis, Adam as well as Dave Reali were personable not pushy with Jimmy easy to chat with. Thank you all. Very clean facility as well. All employees were COVID safe wearing masks etc. We felt at home. What a 10 star buying experience we both felt.comfortable. There Inventory was top notch over any other area Kia dealership we researched. They all work as a team get our Telluride to take home the next day. We got Fair K. B. B.trade in as well. The staff was very friendly and they were able to complete the 2 recalls much quicker than expected. Initially I was told it would take 4-5 hours, however I only needed to wait about 2 and half hours! Great service

Came in for a recall on a switch in my passenger seat for the airbag. Had leather seats now my passenger seat is cloth. NOT HAPPY

Do not buy anything from the dealer! They will sell you a nice new car, then give you a nice run around game. They may also run your credit 7-8times before finely going to Kia credit. Kia's are getting cars! But definitely not Destination Kia!
