Dhami Family Dentistry, Cicero NY

Called to set up an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, and was very rudely told they do not do that there even though it was on the website that they do. The only thing the rude receptionist could offer me was to “talk to whoever does the website”. Wow thanks lady that really helps me so much. There was a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Fix your website!

I’ve been coming here for couple years and never once did I have an issue. The Dr is kind and understanding- the front desk as well very accommodating and nice.

Highly recommend this clinic and mostly they are clean which is an plus.

Typically I have no complaints from them, however I had an appointment for today and I paid 27 dollars in uber to get here just for them to say my insurance moved the appointment. No one called me to let me know. Receptionist said, "it's not my responsibility to call" very unprofessional on both Dhami and my insurance. And I had to waste PTO from work. How can Dhami get a call from my insurance telling them to move the appointment, then they physically move my appointment in the computer and not think to call me? Didn't even call to have me reschedule they just decided for me. I'm beyond pissed to say the least.

I've been seeing this dentist for YEARS now. I've always been afraid to see a dentist, and while I still get a little nervous Dr. Dhami's office is always quiet, even when it's busy, and everyone is friendly. He explains everything he is going to do before he does it, and is very quick and thorough. I love that I see the same faces every time I go, and it makes me feel like part of the family when they recognize me. I look forward to my yearly cleanings here, and refer all of my friends and family to this office when they're in the market for a new dentist.

My favorite dentist. He is amazing, friendly and transparent and he will work with you. This is a dentist who cares and will be going to him until I move out of the area or retire if I stay in Syracuse!

THE WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION IS NOT MEANT TO BE IN THAT ROLE. SHE IS AWFUL WHEN SPEAKING WITH OTHERS AND HER TONE IS JUST NOT INVITING WHEN I CALLED. SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO ME AND TURNED ME DOWN AFTER MY WHOLE FAMILY GOES THERE AND MY FIANCE SPOKE WITH HER LAST TIME ABOUT ME GETTING INTO THE PRACTICE, SHE TOTALLY DISMISSED ME AS A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE TODAY. THE OTHER STAFF IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! PLEAS FIRE THE FRONT END GIRL SHE IS TERRIBLE!

Perfect all around dentist and staff. You would be lucky to go here, give it a try!
