10I m home. No one ring the bell. And I got message saying we missed you. Come on. Do you seriously want to work?
Can you look who you hire? Why your driver Lied I’m not home when he went to wrong adress? Or he is blind? It’s not safe to hire driver who doesn’t see well. Our houses have big numbers and he went wrong house with my package.
Asked for a package to be delivered with a signature. Nobody was home during the time it was delivered and the person who sent it probably just left my package on the front door without a care. Now my package is stolen because of it. Thanks a lot.
They lost my package! I've been wasting 2 hours in the service station. They told me my package was not here. But on their website, it said my package was in the facility. Totally messed up, DHL is not reliable at all.
Getting to this place is easy, and their bright yellow color scheme makes it easy to spot. They have dedicated parking right in front of the entrance. Service was quick and easy. I went in expecting a wait, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I don't like it because they never delivery to my home.you make turn me off.also my address is right but you not good enough to do.
Supervisor was very abrupt and unaccommodating on the phone. He wasn't willing to help on the phone about a few seconds missed delivery! They were not willing to contact the delivery guy since their company's policy prohibits it. What kind of a delivery service does not provide phones or even contact their delivery carrier. It's 2017! Wake up! That's how people communicate! How can someone be so rude to a returning customer. He seemed to forget that businesses needs customers.
Absolutely terrible! It seems that the processes are out of control. The employees don't really know where packages are, and they do not give accurate information. Databases are inaccurate.
