Diamond Braces staff are amazing, professional and always pleasant!

My children had there braces done and each visit was a wonderful experience for them and myself.

I must share and suggest that parents purchase the lifetime retainer package you will not be sorry. Accidents happen and retainers get lost or thrown out by accident no matter how careful you are And it’s costly each time. Please take the time if not offered inquire about this must have add on.

Invest your money wisely and go somewhere else. I paid for the whole treatment upfront because of how excited I was and really looked forward to getting a proper result.

But to the contrary, they did an extremely mediocre job with my treatment. The goal of the treatment was for the line between my two front incisors to be straight, following the bottom line between the two bottom front incisors. But at the end of the 2 years treatment the top line was still not matching the bottom line.

For $3,500 the common expectation is for a good outcome and for your teeth to be aligned, but that didn’t happen. There’s this white lady, around her mid 40’s? , I think she’s an assistant to the orthodontists or something, but she was unbelievably rude to me. When I tried addressing my concern of the poor results, in front of everyone in a loud tone said “ok, you’re all fine, now go, bye! ” And waved bye with her hand in front of my face. She must have felt safe to try and act so bold towards a woman of color in front of everyone.

Don’t go here, the majority of the good reviews are fake.

It has been a wonderful experience being able to come to Diamond Braces DeKalb. I have such a good partner ship with the team her. All the doctors and nurses make sure that you are comfortable at all times there is never a problem here at diamond braces. I highly recommend coming her if you want to fix your smile.

There work is incredible. My wife has only had invisalign for 4 months and her teeth are looking amazing. I cant wait to see what it will look like when she gets to tray 24.

Today I came in early they saw me mediately was like a mess of a wait time is 0/10 and the professionalism is a 10/10

They didn’t give me enough consultations and gave me braces even though it didn’t fix my problem so waste so much of my money. They lied and said they told me I need surgery for my overbite but they never did. They tell me all that after having my braces for 1 year!

Do not even bother going to this orthodontist office, They give wrong information. They tell you one price and after the treatment its another price. Please read your contact b4 signing! And be careful they stipstaking payments so they can do a one shot charge!

I’ve been going to this office for two years. Today my braces have finally come off. Let me just say that this was a great experience. From the beginning I was explained with great detail everything that I needed to know. Every monthly appointment that I’ve had was a breeze. On some days I would be called in right away and on other days I would wait no longer than 15 mins. The entire staff is very friendly and took their time to answer to any doubt or question that I’ve had. I really have no complaints at all. The office is very clean and well maintained. If I had to recommend a place to someone who was looking to get braces, then this would surely be it.

I absolutely loved my experience at Diamond braces. Always on time with my appointments and whenever I broke something they fixed it ASAP. I also got free shirts and a gift card. Will 10/10 recommend

I COULD NOT say anything bad about this place or the staff. First and foremost, after 17 months of having Invisalign I could not be anymore happy with my results. I’ve always been insecure about my smile now folks are going to be tired of seeing it. Okay! Lol and as for the staff.they truly treat you like you are their only client. Top priority every time I came in and every procedure was done in a timely manner. Nothing was ever uncomfortable and they make sure you have everything you need before you head home. I can’t complain and I am so happy I chose this place for my treatment. The experience was truly priceless. 5+ oh.and a very clean establishment. That matters too.
