Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign, Bronx NY

I had a great time at my appointment. I had Jetane today and she was excellent the whole time. She makes great conversation, funny and extremely reassuring during the process of putting my bottom braces in! I look forward to having her again in my future appointments.:)

The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. They did a great job with my braces and I look forward to coming back for my appointments.

This place is very professional and clean. Staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable of the procedure and process.

It’s was fast and easy. The staff was very welcoming. My 16 year old son was very with the out come of his braces. We went in for a consultation and left with braces.

I just started my Invisalign journey at Diamond Braces yesterday! The team at this branch has been nothing but wonderful. Lisbeth took her time to help me fully understand Invisalign protocol and reassured me that I was going to do just great. Shout out to Lisbeth!

Jetane (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) made my son feel so comfortable very friendly staff customer service is great everyone’s eyes are smiling (all have mask on) All questions were answered.

I have been coming to Diamond Braces for around 3 months now and I have to say I have never been more pleased with the way a dental facility is run. The facility is very clean you can tell their equipment is brand new and all of their locations look like this.
Before I came here I researched prices HEAVILY (because I had a terrible experience w SDC) and I have to say Diamond Braces is among the lowest pricing in the city. They are 1-2k lower than other dental offices I looked at.
Let me get started on the staff now. VERY attentive and they love answering questions lol. At my last visit there was a woman there with her kid and the lady was very snappy and being rude but the woman at the front desk dealt with her with such professionalism.
I have always dealt with Dr. Silva, she is very honest and let’s you know upfront what results to expect and she stressed to me that to get results you need to wear the aligners! (You’d be surprised because a lot of people get their set and don’t actually wear them for the proper amount of time). She is very nice and answers all and any questions. When I actually received my aligners I dealt with Tanya and she is amazing. She really helped explain the process of the attachments to me because I was nervous. She did my attachments and they are perfect they do not scratch my mouth at all!
Today I dealt with Wendy and she was wonderful. She answered my questions about the Inter proximal spaces that are going to be made on my next visit.
All in all I’m happy I finally found a dentist that isn’t a scammer or charging ridiculous prices. I have also seen kids in here happy and skipping after they have gotten their braces.that says a lot! I work in the medical field and it’s a hard job to service the public when it comes to healthcare and Diamond Braces is doing an amazing job for the community!
