Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign reviews
16Diamond Braces are the best, service is always a pleasurable experience and my son loves his new smile.
Staff was very nice, the male who took care of me was calming and gentle. He explained the process and what can be done for better improvement. Also very clean environment.
Very unprofessional. I Scheduled
an appointment online and confirmed with the woman at the front desk my appointment was for 5: 30 PM. I checked in at 5: 19 PM and had pictures taken of my entire mouth and was advised to wait in the waiting area however at 5: 45 the same woman from the front desk called my phone leaving a voicemail stating I missed my 530 appointment and I had to reschedule. I was sitting in the office. I would not recommend this place
This place is horrible, waited an hour past my appointed time to finally be seated. After I’ve been called to the back, I’ve been sitting in the chair with my mouth open for about 20-25 minutes staring at the textile ceiling. If I’m a customer I’m expected to abilige to your policies especially when it comes to lateness. So if I’m a paying customer I’d expect you guys as well to stick to the same policies that you guys set. Sitting and wasting almost 2 hours of my time just for a routine checkup is unacceptable.
As a paying customer, theres only one orthodontist which makes the wait terrible. I was late to my appointment one time and they had me rescheduled but when I’m early/ on time they have me waiting for 30 minutes up to an hour.
Good office and staff that care to your needs. Sometimes staff would tell you something different from the head of the staff, so make sure you always speak to the head of the staff for any questions. Just the manager that deals with payments/retainers i have an issue with. She doesn’t explain payments well and isn’t fair enough with patients regarding any mistakes that were told to you beforehand.
Vivica was the best dental assistant I ever had. She was patient, and made my overall experience better at the facility
It is great, they’ve been very lenient and helpful. The environment is always welcoming and surroundings are always clean.
The doctors that helped with my braces were very kind and made sure that i was comfortable whenever i came in.
Brittany M was most helpful & patient with me re process & the dental team worked quite speedily & efficiently
BEWARE! Diamond braces is adept at extracting more money from you without you realizing it from when you first sign your contract to begin treatment. I paid $5000 upfront for the inclusion of my entire treatment. Guess what they told me once my treatment reached to 1 year 11 months? They said my treatment is about to “expire” because I’m reaching over the 2 year limit. NOWHERE IN THE CONTRACT I SIGNED, DID IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT 2 YEAR EXPIRATION. Manager explained to me, the doctor who did my initial consultation put in the system, my treatment would take about 1 year and a half. Now that the 2 years is approaching, I must pay an ADDITIONAL $1000 for 6 more months of treatment. That did not sit well with me, as I was under the impression that my 5000 covered the entire treatment. This is how they SCAM YOU. I asked the doctor at the office, if you had a patient come in and you seen their treatment would take more than 2 years would that be covered within the 5000? She said YES. So I said then why isn’t mine covered? She did because the doctor wrote my plan for approximately 1 year 6 months. So what you’re telling me is that because the doctors estimates are off, NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT? The right thing the business would do is have Doctors add additional time to the estimates because most of the time this is required. I escalated this issue to the district manager who said she could give me a discount after I pay for an additional 3 months. What? You mean to tell me you have the POWER and AUTHORITY to give me a discount but chose not to apply it to the 3 months I ended up having to pay for to even get my next aligners? Make this make sense! Do yourself a favor and choose a private practice, or get regular braces because there’s no reason why anyone should pay more than $5000 if they sign a contract that says they will be covered for all necessary treatments. I kid you not, read the fine print of the contract and you will see that it clearly states: “all necessary aligners are included in treatment. ” It also says “the length of your treatment depends on many factors and the estimate of treatment length is USUALLY right. ” This means that the doctors purposely decrease your “treatment time” so that you won’t be covered and be charged more. I am so frustrated, irritated, and disappointed as I thought diamond braces actually cared about their patients. Guess this is just a generic franchise that cares more about your pockets.
I understand that as a business, the price is the price. But if that’s the case, I would’ve respected this business had they been more transparent from the very beginning so I could have arranged my finances accordingly and or had better judgement to choose another place.
I’ll be reporting this to the better business bureau.
It's been two years I'm coming to diamond braces and i have recommend here to all my friends and family.
This is a very nasty place. The tools that they use that are suppose to be sterilized before using it on the clients are rusty. Lastly, The manager liana lomidze charge extra if you a P. O. C. And the invisible braces they that give you that are “$350” do not last.they break within a month and I had to replace it about 4 times. This place is a scam.
It was excellent I appreciated how Tiffany was there to help me with my braces even though I broke a bracket
So far so good! I brought my brother in for consolation and his top braces to be installed. Very quick, efficient, hygienic and friendly
Office. 10/10
Best ever! My teeth are straight! I showed up on time, they were able to see me quickly and I was out within 10 minutes. I'm so glad they're in the area.
