I do my treatment from these guys these or very professional.and I'm so happy with my treatment.today I got my first invisalign I pray to God hop its work on my teeth and I get my smile back soon plz guy pray for me if u can last more thing don't waste ur tim on smile direct they fake people's I was bin there they waste my time almost 4 years I'm so sad about smile direct.com it's so bad.

Amazing experience at this office the girls are so friendly, caring, kind and helpful! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who has been interested in getting a beautiful more healthy smile while keeping everything super accessible and affordable. Prices can not be beat and service is exceptional. The Jackson Heights office is definitely something special so glad that I finally got my braces

I been with diamond for about an year. Bridget has been the most nicest staff there as well as the front desk. Dr. Has been the most gentle with my teeth. I would recommend going here always clean and neat. I love it here always works with my schedule as well.

I honestly don’t understand how much 5 stars reviews theres is for this place, biggest scam I have ever faced spoke with a lady she tells me that my insurance is going to cover for my braces treatment this is also confirmed w the manager that I won’t have to pay nothing only $150 for the photos they took on the 1st visit for the “ FREE” consult, I speak to my insurance and tell them that this place has sent them over a pre statement of the cost for my treatment and my insurance tells me no they have never contacted them keep in mind I’ve been going back and forth w/ the insurance since JULY! The lady from this place also tells me that I won’t have to be paying for panel X rays that insurance covers for them that she had spoken w my insurance and that they confirmed I have to pay nothing / I contact the insurance to confirm they say nope its not covered I will have to pay out of pocket, LIES after LIES from this place DONT EVER COME HERE! They speak to you so nice and professional and all but all for what to scam people afterwards and lie to them that the insurance is covering for everything when they are not! Don’t come here!

The entire staff was great, very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Silva and Anne helped with the braces portion, Julia was so sweet she talked me through the whole process everything was detailed. I know that if I had any questions I could ask any of them. I would definitely recommend

What an amazing place Diamond Braces is! I go to the one on 92nd Street for the past 2 years. I had very bad alignment of my teeth. After being with braces for 2 years, I was very nervous to remove them thinking my teeth and removal procedure would be bad. Someone helped me calm down about it. Her name is Katheryne and she is simply amazing! She was telling me that everything is okay and assuring me that my teeth will be perfect. She shared her story of how it went for her and was able to understand how I was feeling. Katheryne was there with me when I got them removed and told me how amazing my teeth looked! The environment at Diamond Braces is so friendly and kind! I would definitely recommend coming to this location. I had no issues at all!

Excellent Service, The Treatment Coordinators are great and very friendly. All Doctors are great and have great knowledge. I love their location is always clean, and feels so homey:). I'm Currently a patient and I cant be any happier to be Diamond Braces Patient.
