I am so happy with my results. I have a completely new smile. My experience was great and the staff is so professional.

Doctor is super rude and the customer service component is missing. That doctor/patient explanation of your treatment is totally gone from this place.

Been here for a few months and the receptionist at the front is always rude. I always say hi and bye first. The orthodontist just speaks for 2 seconds and then that’s it. No sort of rapport or insight regarding my treatment is being made. Also, the women who tighten my braces have spoken badly about me in Spanish while tightening my braces. Their mistake is they think I don’t understand. Lucky for them I am non-confrontational so I just don’t say anything even though I feel uncomfortable. Overall, just a weird vibe here. If you are looking for professionalism you won’t get that here.

They say it's a free consultation but it's not free. They billed my insurance without my permission. Now 175 is taken out of my orthodontist lifetime allowance.

Jalisa was so supportive for to give me great advice and mentors me in this excellent experience.

At first it felt uncomfortable but then it felt normal because when I was almost done my mouth didn't feel sore
