I've been going to Savannah for about 4 1/2 years and it was the best decision I’ve ever made when it came to switching nail techs. Savannah is professional, clean and organized. The appointment process ensures I’m guaranteed to see my preferred nail tech and the wait time is minimal. All the girls are amazing and they take their time to make sure you leave happy and they never fail to deliver an amazing service experience. The owner and employees really stand by the quality of their work and it shows. I would highly recommend this nail salon as my nails and feet always look amazing! Diamond Nails is the BEST nail salon on the island. They use only top quality products and my nails last longer between visits. The prices are resonable, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I love making an appointment for all my visits so I know my nails are always on point. I’ve been going here faithfully for the past 3 years and all the girls in the shop do an excellent job. I totally recommend choosing diamond nail salon as your nail salon, i have been coming here since the day they opened the shop, i have always tried to find the right person that would do my nails exactly how i want them and since they opened i have! Savannah is the best! She never disappoints and shes very respectful and patient with what i ask for! 10/10 recommend

I can not find a better nail salon! The professionalism and fun atmosphere are all a girl needs in a salon. The owner Savannah is such an accommodating woman she makes sure you're happy before you leave her establishment. There's no better place ladies!

I went to get my hair cut at the Barber shop next door. It was pouring rain and when I arrived I looked for a handicapped spot. The one handicapped parking space was taken by the owner of the nail salon. The Mercedes did not have a handicapped license plate nor a handicapped placard. Not only is that illegal, it is morally reprehensible.

My sisters and I drive 45 minutes to the Diamond Nail Salon! Savannah is our nail girl, our nails come out great each time. The salon is always so clean, everyone is so friendly!

Salon was nice and clean. Staff was welcoming. Stephanie did an awesome job and great price.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were nasty as soon as we walked in. The work that they do here is horrible, it is by far the worst fill in I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t even do what I asked for. Looks like a child took highlighters and colored my nails. They cut my mothers cuticles on both her hands and feet. My mother no longer has healthy nails due to the roughness of the woman who did them. This place should not be a business it is so unprofessional. They talk poorly about customers in Spanish and all they do is talk to each other or on their phones 24/7. One of the women was actually watching a movie while doing a manicure. No wonder why they have a sign up near the cashier stating “no refunds” (big red flag). Disgusting behavior and atmosphere and we will never be going back.

I originally had an appointment with Cindy, but once I got there, I was told that Linda will be doing my nails instead, which I have no problem with. I sat down, I didn’t even get a greeting from Linda. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Sat down & went straight to doing to my nails nothing was really said besides if I had a picture on what I wanted. She was very rough on filing my nails. I kept having to move because it was hurting me. When we got to the design, the colors weren’t even on the right fingers as the pictures. I wanted it exactly how it was on the picture besides the thumbs I let her pick. I don’t know why she decided to change the colors from how it was on the picture. I’ve been to this salon in the past right before covid happened with no problems. But this time, I expected her to be more welcoming, presentable to her clients, going with what the client would like, & being more gentle. My nails came out okay just wasn’t what I wanted & what I expected as a positive attitude nail tech. I do not plan on coming back.

I will never return to this place, this is no use, they do a terrible job, at least the girl who helped me and I asked them to fix what she did wrong to me and I had to pay again

I'm not for writing reviews, but I was very unhappy with my last visit! I've been a loyal customer, I'd say 5-6 months. I enjoyed the vibes there, I stuck with one girl there (Nikki, who is no longer there). I've seen their work on social media, and from what I seen everyone did very good work.so when I was informed that she was longer there, I was upset, but I said to myself, everyone else is good AGAIN from all the social media posting. I don't like to badmouth anyone, but the person I was placed with seems very nervous, and I could tell by the work that was done. I asked for something simple just to see how this new nail tec does, so I got a fill-in.a pink French with a cute flower design) I was very upset. AGAIN, I don't like to bad mouth, but I was upset, and these are my nails. I had to ask the young lady if she could ask someone else to do the design. I got this fill-in on Friday, 4/14. My one of the designs is particularly all off. How!? Beats me! My everyday routine, I'm not so physical with my hands for my designs to be coming off or my nails to be lifting. I'm sorry, as much as I like the vibes there, everyone seemed nice. I will no longer be a customer here. I didn't make a fuss because the service was done. I took the bullet i paid for it (though I was very unhappy) and gave the young lady a tip regardless. Times are hard, my conscious I would have felt bad.

Savannah and estefanny are the only good ones.the dominican girl with the freckles and glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made me bleed while cutting cuticles and made a rude remark in spanish. Dont bother booking anyone else other than estefanny and savannah

They took me on short notice and did a great job with my nails. I will definitely be going back.
