If it says a they have a product in stock, don’t believe it. The employees will fake ask over their silly ear piece if “anyone has seen one” and in the same breath tell you someone had seen it returned in bad condition and aggressively tell you you can’t see it. Drive the extra 30 minutes to another store.

The person in the hunting department didn't do a background check when I volunteered to do so. I was aiming to purchase a rifle for a zombie movie. Either way, he refused to sell it to me because I was not planning to use it. What could I possibly use a rifle for besides a movie prop? I guess they really want them animals to be hunted down.

Excellent staff, customer service, and management! The store is beautiful and very clean. Had an issue with a bike and they took care of it professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Disappointing customer service, inept managers, store manager missing in action did not return calls, the white male security personnel followed me around like if i was on a domestic terrorist list, I even witnessed one of the Managers yelling at a customer while our long line watched, I think we all agreed that a paying customer should not be treated in this way; but lastly, the worse manager there a rude and difficult to deal with person named keryme I believe is the worse offender, not a nice person really unhelpful only exacerbated the earlier situation with the one customer, I’m a regular there this is not the first time I’ve seen this servicewoman get snappy at customers so beware.

Customer service is not good. They had one worker in the shoe dept and about 10 customers. It's a Sunday you know people are out shopping. Especially when soccer season for the older kids started already and little kids about to start. Found one worker hiding in an isle on her cell phone. Literally hiding. We got what we needed but definitely wasn't a great experience

Close at 7 seriously? A multi million dollar corporation can’t afford to pay their workers past 7 o clock in the evening? What a joke

My son needed lacrosse cleats and his size was not available in store so they told me to go to the golf desk and the guy was so helpful and patient. He ordered them for us and was shipped to our house

Great store but no help to be seen around.
Finally, I found a young man in the golf area who tells me that the swimming goggles are in the back somewhere in camping.
I go to the back in camping and I am redirected to the front…Nothing…I come back to the same person who was now in a group of 3. Finally I am told that the swimming goggles are in the back area…
After looking a little more, here are the goggles.

My goal is not to get anyone in trouble but WHEN À CUSTOMER ASK FOR AN ITEM, THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD KINDLY WALK THE CUSTOMER TO THE LOCATION OF THE MERCHANDISE…it takes no more than 90 or A 120 seconds. It’s great for the customer, the store and also the employee.

At the one in patchogue you can buy shot gun ammo with out a fire arm permit. But you don't need a fire arm permit to buy a shotgun. All of these corporation trying to control us.

The 3 people that helped me were so patient and friendly and got my order placed correctly and fast. Highly recommend this location in patchogue.

Never been here before big store with large selection but very little help in the store. I bought something in the firearms section and waited approximately 15 minutes for help.

Went in to purchase some Sporting Good equipment for my child. Searched around for an employee on the floor for over 10 minutes and could not find anyone to help us. I had to walk up to the counter and when I did the staff was very helpful and polite and they did radio someone to help me who arrived within a few minutes. He was helpful as well. Unfortunately they didn't have one of those three items in stock that they said they did but I know that can happen sometimes. Also I find their prices to be more expensive than the average place. And weirdly, many items, batting helmets for example, have no labeled price. Not good shopping if you don't kniw prices. Store was neat and clean and organized and everyone was professional and polite. Besides the slightly higher prices and one missing item and it was a pretty good experience

I had to make a return for a gift I purchased that didn't fit. I didn't have the paper receipt. Regardless, the cashier made the process quick and simple.
