Was there today, purchased a brand new aggressor bike and lock, the person that helped me was named rowan, if that's spelled wrong I'm sorry, they were very helpful and did a fantastic job, I forgot however I've got a car and it's more difficult to transport a bike. I went back to get some rope before they closed, they asked me cash or card, I said cash, I was paying with a 20 dollar bill, they apparently closed all there tills before they were closed, and the manager walk up to the cashier and says, great I'm gonna be here a another 45 minutes after close. And slammed some type of paper down on the counter and walked away to get a till. Needless to say I walked out and said, wow, I'm not impressed with that type of action and left. Very unprofessional and turned a pleasant experience into a not so good one. Thank you.

The gentleman who helped fit us for baseball gear, Kenny, was awesome. Thanks Kenny for all the help.

Al Bergstrasser from Henrietta took the time to assist me and within 15 minutes set up my club and gave me some great pointers. Very knowledgeable great experience.

Asked for a purple kayak like listed online. In bringing up front we realized it was incorrect color. Had asked them to replace it with blue one in their display. Manager was very rude about the exchange. Even though they could see how different the online color were compared to actually in store colors.

Found what i was looking for.avid golfer and yankee fan. Was assited by salesclerk. Polite and knowledgeable.

The Nishiki bike is ok. But for almost $300.00 and they don't throw in a kickstand.
The people are nice.

Horrible selection of baseball cleats. They had multiples of the same shoe scattered on the wall to look like they have a variety. I was looking for size 11, but could not find anything larger than a 9.5.

Mask mandate lifted today, no employees wearing masks or wearing masks properly. If you want to be Covid safe don't shop here, or at least use curbside pickup

Great service. We walked in and was stopped after we entered because my son was without a mask (he forgot his mask in the car) but they had some on hand and offered us one right away which I thought was super helpful. We went in for kids boxing gloves and found everything we needed.

The store was a mess, hard to get around with a cart, boxes all over the aisle floors. Also, went there to find a case for a crossbow and discovered this location doesn't have a hunting section at all.

Didnt carry any booyah produts & there escalators were in non working order. Not cool especially for the elderly folks

The delivery guys left the cardboard behind. I didn't really mind that. They left a bottle of lubricant on my stationary bike seat tipped over with the cap off. Had to clean the seat.

This Business is "Very" Customer Friendly All Employees are professional in what they do, I especially was impressed by this young man named "Cory" He taught me so much about working out for a guy of my age (50+) Thank you Management for highering nothing but the Best Employees.

I was looking for a particular item, I was approached immediately as I entered the store by a store representative asking if they could help me find something. When they realized that they couldn't help me, I was introduced to one of their co-workers who tried many ways to help me. Wonderful service. I will be back!

We had a ten dollars reworded that expires on Christmas Eve. We tried to use it today but they refused to even though it was 48 hours expired

They had a good selection of plus size coats which I appreciate! And I had a $20 off coupon!

AL in the golf section at Marketplace is top notch in every way! Always gives great tips and very friendly.

The young men working didn't seem like they wanted to help you. No wide width sneakers. Prices are outrageous. Not sure if I would go back.
