DICK'S Sporting Goods, Valley Stream NY

Disappointing. My first time there since they went political and stopped gun sales. Far less variety of items than in the past.

Beautiful store.everything is clean and polite staff.not all goods have a price and how to find out how much it costs is unclear.

Gary was wonderful super nice guy! What a gem you have here working for you. Give this man a raise and some recognition.

The customer service was lousy and it felt like no one wanted to help when it’s your first time in a store. I called for assistance after two gentleman in the store who work there walked away after not being helpful whatsoever. Kipp was nice enough to walk over but I can see it as he was annoyed by the inconvenience of having me there asking questions. I thanked him for his assistance and no response and he walked away. I will not come back. Is customer service an actual thing in 2021? Asking for myself.

No Knicks apparel. All Nets. Very weak basketball sneakers selection for such a big sports store.

Sadly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The contents of the store is great. The help you get to buy it is the worst.

Waiting 45min to get a Co2 tank refilled and Benjamin the asian employee behind the counter is the worst.im not happy with this type of customer service.i was there waiting and instead of attending me he was attending everyone else that was walking up to the counter.will definetly go somewhere else

Well stocked store with two floors of sports clothing and goods. Slightly disappointed with their Cycle section. There is hardly any accessories. They need to improve upon
- their response time to trial room request
- stack more accessories for cycling.

Really nice store but most other employee really needs to do there job everyone look at you like there are lost or they don’t want to be there. Ask employee for some gears and the first thing he said that the company don’t stock the store with items that the store should be selling the most.

They have a very large inventory of sporting goods, sport wear, outdoor gears and equipment in all categories. The customer service however isn't so consistent. I have been here a few times and find that more often than not, I have to go searching all over the store for assistance. You will most likely find whatever you want 'eventually'.

As a 45 year old baseball player this place I go to tie up all the loose ends PS you need more stars

10 minutes no employee in sight. No prices on the fishing poles, had to yell over the railing to get someone to help and the guy that showed up didn't have the key for the fishing reels. So waited again for assistance. Finally they showed up. Not the store for you if you have questions or need help.

Liberal views have hurt the business and stores should leave political views out thier sales and it would prevent the loss of half the nations support #maga #trump

The customer service was amazing. Been there 5 times and it's still my preffered place to shop at.

This was the 1st time I walked into the store I wasn't looking for anything particular To buy but I have problems with my feet so I Wind up going to the sneaker section to see what they had I wind up buying something to lift the arch in my foot it was very nice young lady that really went out of Her way to help me must said had a good time there

We bought a basketball hoop todat and Ryan (not sure of his last name but he has a beard) was unbelievably helpful. This was our first time in Dicks and we were really impressed with the store and will definitely be shopping here in the future.

They announced a lot merchandise on sale but when I went they don't have nothing is only am advertisement

Sale prices weren't much different from the regular prices, but the staff was helpful so my wife and I left happy with the service we received.

Great selection, good prices, great staff, killer sales. I comparison shop online all the time and find their prices to be about the same as Amazon. Staff is super friendly and very helpful
