Dig Inn reviews
18It was really delicious and they had vegan options! Long line but it went quick and was about to get a seat by the time I got my food.
Dig inn.they do not pay the benefits that a worker requires and I worked 6 years they did not pay me much money.just his pocket
Excellent location. Staff are extremely nice and professional. Both times I’ve been the staff have been fast and nice. The food tastes great and comes out quick. One time, an order took slightly longer than expected and they handled the situation incredibly professionally without any prompting from me. That kind of awareness towards a customer is exceedingly rare and amazing to find. Cava down the street could take a few lessons from Dig Inn’s playbook. After having both, if I were deciding on where to eat based on service, I would only go to Dig Inn.
This was an okay experience. I been to it twice and it's earned the 3 stars. The food is alright as compared to other Dig restaurants I've been to but some of the counter staff can use improvement. I asked a girl about one of the salad dishes ingredients and she gave me the name of the salad. I said no what is it made with and she shrugs her shoulders like I don't know and smiles. I stood blanked face because I didn't know either and would have like to. I ask if someone else can tell me and she says theres a line and they need to get it moving. I looked at her and said " really? I'm asking about a food I'm trying to buy and that is your response. I walked out and decided that location is not for me.
Good food option for lunch on weekdays if you get in before the rush; it's usually quiet on weekends.
Great service with food that tastes like a home-cooked meal. I wish they had a better drink selection.
This spot gets the typical long line work lunch crowd. The food is great though. Healthy and fresh.
Love Dig Inn. First time at this location. Looked like they were closing soon. Had dinner, veggie bowl. Staff was friendly!
Quick, healthy, and good quality. Order on the level up app for savings and to avoid long waits.
Excellent lunch. Clean, lean protein and healthy carbs with roasted vegetables - or get a side mac & cheese if you want.
The food is very tasty and fresh with healthy options. However it's a bit expensive in my opinion for the amount you get.
Love this place, only reason I go 4 stars is SOMETIMES they under cook the sweet potato. Other than that, the braised beef might be the best I've had at this price point.
The food here is delicious, healthy and inexpensive. Place becomes very crowded during lunch hours. Great stop for a quick and hearty meal.
I was a fan of Dig Inn, but now I realize their food is kind of salty and messy. I'll just go to sweetgreen for something similar.
Super busy and they tend to run out of food quickly. Do not recommend coming around 7/8pm because they usually have nothing left and do no replenish.
Popular lunch spot with delicious market bowls and lots of variety. Inexpensive and fast customer service. Vegan options available. Expect a long wait from 12-1, or order ahead on their website for faster pickup.
I felt so good about the meal I had. Their ingredients are whole foods and has clean calories. It probably became my go-to place for lunch.
Used to LOVE this Dig Inn location (used to be a 5 star lunch spot) but now they’re just like every other Dig Inn with their menu - where is the old tofu salad that was so awesome? New tofu sucks. Where is the pulled chicken? It was so much better (and healthier) than the roasted chicken! Where are the divided plates versus plopping everything in one bowl? I went today for lunch and and one of my sides was the gem wedge - the one bite that wasn’t squished and didn’t have meatball sauce all over it was so delicious.the rest sucked. Also, bring back the small plates - no one needs a protein, farro plus 3 sides. It’s irresponsible. You’re just making people fatter not healthier.
My stars are basically all for the staff - you are so friendly and efficient (in fact 80 Broad location is so inefficient that they should train with you).
It seems like corporate has taken over this location and not for the better. Can you please go back to how you were before you renovated? !
