They were a no show to our viewing they had confirmed just that same morning, and then proceeded to lie about communication attempts saying it was our fault the agent wasn't there. They had no response after screenshot evidence was sent to them showing there were no attempts made on their end.

We have worked with DiGiulio Group twice. Our first experience was with Charmine, who no longer works there, and she was great. Our most recent experience was this July 2020, with Alex (also great). Alex was extremely direct from the start about when and where to meet. He arrived on time each time we met with him, and he was knowledgeable of the locations. He made us feel like he was a third friend helping us look for a place - he gave honest opinions about pros and cons of each listing we saw and didn’t make it feel like he was pushing a sale on us. He really listened to feedback about what we liked and didn’t like about each place to help us narrow down what was most important and help us find the best option for us. Ask for Alex! He’s great.

Had a terrific experience with DiGiulio. Mike Djozic was terrific. From showing the apartment on short notice, handling the necessary paperwork, always being available for questions, and working with me to reach a fair lease agreement with the landlord, he made everything simple and made sure I was comfortable at each step of the way. Mike has even followed up with me since I moved in to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything else he can do. If you're looking for a new place and want someone you can trust, I would highly recommend Mike.

Someone named Arthur Z Brown posted an ad for an apartment that had been rented months before, then never responded to my inquiry. I confirmed that the apartment was not available by contacting the management company directly. This is unethical imo.
