The owner yoely herskowitz is a rude person, terrible attitude, I’m a custmor there for 5 years and the attitude just get worse by day.

I don’t know who are these costumers who enjoyed Shwarma in this place. The Shwarma they serve is a supermarket frozen chicken Shwarma. Their image of shawarma shows an over filled bowl of shawarma but hardly half was full. In the image they show a tray full of side orders and salads but in fact it comes with only one side order the rest of the items in picture you have to pay extra. Even though it not mentioned any where in the menu which has a fixed price for their Shwarma tray.

Very good food delicious simple delicious and don't let the name fool you they have a full line of fresh take out

I would give them a zero I always order the same thing as this time and when came my chance they, said cant have on side said want to cancel order always have it done this way no signs now that cant have it the chassidish front guy, has, attitude and doesn't care for customers knows he is wrong I said I will dispute chargers since not get order and he said don't come back cant admit he was wrong same happened to a couple next to me no signs anywhere saying cant write comments or custom orders nothing worst place

Recently visited from out of state and I think we found the best food in Brooklyn! Everything fresh and tasty, and the staff were polite and friendly! Thank you Yoeli!

Really good food and best service, takes really fast even when the store is pack. (I was there when their was another 15-20 ppl and was out in 20 minutes)

Upon entering the Dips restaurant, I was greeted by its pleasant staff who were well mannered and quick to guide me to the high tech kiosks to reserve my to-go order.

During the short wait as my food was readied, I enjoyed the aromas of the mix of absolutely delicious foods and watched how the highly professional staff worked together to give the customer the best product in the shortest amount of time.

I ordered the pastrami panini sandwich which was toasted to perfection and had a combination of four sauces which makes the word delicious an understatement. This restaurant was an excellent choice for evening dinner.

I highly recommend this restaurant and I advise all out there to go try this place, because when you do, DIPS will become one of those places that you routinely visit.

Amazing place, the store is always clean. Sourdough challa is delicious and the Meat is a most for Shabbat nights.

The food was absolutely unbelievable! I had the classic schnitzel and pastrami sandwich with 4 side sauces to dip it into. What can I say. Just wow!

The prices are very reasonable.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the order was ready within minutes.

I can’t wait to return!

You can get some deli sandwiches that are some of the best. And they have Orthodox Jewish specialty food. But they are way overpriced. Even the most expensive delis in Manhattan are cheaper.

I would only go here to get a unique foodie experience—occasionally. As a non-Jew, I feel they take advantage of the neighborhood. They need to quit price gauging their customers.

Always a option for when you are hungry.
Priced well and lets you have nice size portions like a hungerian.

I called in because the website was closed and the cashier said I can come in to place a order when I arrived he told me we are closed

I ordered online mashed potatoes i got old mashed potatoes that was warmed up in microwave and ordered baby chicken i got a few peices that looked like it was left over from a previous costumer

If u want good vibes Thursday nite, this is the place, only thing that I tried that I wouldn't recommend is the Yapchick, it's just not that good, but the cholent, soup, & chicken are amazing!

You will never find such A good food like you are getting in dips! Always soft and fresh! Not even expensive! Grate (grate is not the word) workers! Best customer service ever! Sorry, I just don't have so much time to write how good it is! Try them once you will always come back!

In and out in 2 min, with the new automatic system it's take no time! Such a good food! Crispy! Good customer service! Never find a better place!
